Hypertension is the most important event of various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk factors, along with lifestyle changes, its incidence is rising. Currently, there are200million patients with hypertension,130million do not know,75%of treated Faced with this grim situation, the primary prevention of cardiovascular disease has been moved to the front quickly prehypertension stage, that the anti-risk factors patients do not controlled. The pre-hypertension populations have more symptoms like dizziness, headaches, palpitations, insomnia and other symptoms. In this study the progress of Tianma hyssop particles improve the clinical symptoms of TCM, reduce blood pressure, control of risk factors in the treatment of disease based on thought,"not disease prevention" concept, reducing the risk of developing hypertension.Objective:For this study, to be pre-liver-kidney hypertension intervention crowd Tianma hyssop particles explore Tianma hyssop particles advantage for reducing blood pressure levels, and observe the granules of TCM syndrome score and improve blood glucose and lipid regulation effect. Thus enhancing people’s cognition prehypertension, provide theoretical guidance for clinical practice.Methods:Age between40-75years of age enrolled in line with pre-hypertension diagnosis, syndrome type belonging to liver-kidney, met the inclusion, exclusion criteria and in accordance with the table of randomly divided into test group130patients in the control group of130cases. Experimental group was given a healthy lifestyle guide+Tianma hyssop particles, the control group was given a healthy lifestyle guidance interventions, treatment for six months. The study includes general information survey (age, sex, height, weight, ethnicity, occupation, marital status, body mass index, family history of cardiovascular disease, dyslipidemia history); blood pressure changes (measured once every two months) and TCM syndrome result evaluation (assessment once every two months); laboratory parameters: fasting blood glucose, serum total cholesterol, triglycerides, blood, urine, liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram (before and after the test were tested once). In order to complete the design of the controlled study, Spss17.0is used to analyze the statistic of the data after the end of the trial.Results:1. General study population data analysis:Effectiveness of cases met the inclusion criteria and230patients completed the study, the test group122cases,108cases in the control group. The two groups in gender, age, height, weight, race, occupation, marital status, history of dyslipidemia, family history of cardiovascular disease and body mass index distribution statistical test P>0.05, no significant differences were comparable.2. Reduce blood pressure levels analysis:Experimental group and the control group were given six months after the intervention, and then compared with the control group, SBP level test group by134.83±3.485mmHg reduced to126.52±4.726mmHg, DBP level of82.70±5.104mmHg reduced to78.39±5.012mmHg. SBP control group by134.44±3.166mmHg change to130.19±4.673mmHg, DBP of81.91±5.811mmHg change to80.49±5.212mmHg. SBP between before and after treatment groups P<0.05, significant difference between before and after treatment DBP group P<0.05, statistically significant, and the result of Experimental group is better than the control group.3. TCM syndrome score Rating:The result in the treatment group is better than the control group in the improvement of patients with headache, vertigo, tinnitus, and five upset hot, After six months of intervention points accumulated value of two syndromes statistical test P<0.05, statistically significant. Comparison of two groups, the test group, the total effective rate was85.2%in the control group, the total effective rate of59.3%between the two groups, P<0.05, statistically significant.4. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG) index analysis:After the intervention, FPG test group reduced from6.01±1.32to5.32±0.71; FPG group reduced by6.04±1.50to6.13±0.93. Comparison between the two groups P<0.05, the experimental group after group P<0.05, statistically significant, the experimental group than the control group.5. Cholesterol (TC) index analysis:After the intervention, TC values of the test group reduced from5.45±1.17to4.71±0.78; TC values in the control group reduced by5.23±0.93to5.00±0.85. Comparison between the two groups P<0.05, the experimental group after group P<0.05, statistically significant, the experimental group than the control group.6. Triglyceride (TG) index analysis:After the intervention, TG test group reduced from1.84±0.76to1.10±0.45; TG control group reduced by1.89±1.13to1.61±0.71. Comparison between the two groups P<0.05, the experimental group after group P<0.05, statistically significant, the experimental group than the control group.Conclusion:1. Tianma hyssop particles can reduce the pre-hypertension of the blood pressure level at the liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome.2. Tianma hyssop particles can effectively improve liver-kidney deficiency pre-hypertension at TCM clinical syndromes, such as headache, dizziness, tinnitus, backache, knee soft and so on.3. Tianma hyssop particles in modern pharmacological effects of the drug on the basis of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment can be more effective, effectively reducing high fasting glucose index, to balance the total cholesterol and triglycerides metabolic disorders levels.4. Tianma granules intervention knees at blood pressure condition, toward liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram and blood, urine samples, have no significant damage.
