| Objective:To observe the vascular dementia (VD) rat model of learning and memory abilities change, the use of magnetic resonance spectroscopy techniques were used to detect the metabolism of VD course of1,2,3, and4weeks hippocampus neurons, astroeytes, andchanges in these indicators and the intervention role of the brain through the capsule to explore and analyzeMethods:SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:â‘ sham group (2) the model group (3) multi-donepezil groupâ‘£naotongtang group (n=15). Screening by the Morris water maze, the latter three groups qualified rats were the the improved vessel occlusion (4-VO) modeling. Modeling gavage treatment, once daily, for4weeks.1,2,3, and4weeks respectively after modeling the use of magnetic resonance spectroscopy to detect rat VD course of hippocampal neurons, astrocytes metabolic changes.Results:model group NAA/Cr ratio decreased, Cho/Cr ratio increased relative to the sham group, with a statistically significant (P<0.01~P<0.05), which showed that the rat brain hippocampus after VD modeling metabolite changes that neuron activity was reduced, and glial cell hyperplasia. Naotongtang could significantly improve the hippocampus NAA/Cr content, lower Cho/Cr ratios, statistically significant (P<0.01~P <0.05) compared with the model group, on this side has better improve nerve$damage or loss and inhibit glial cell hyperplasia, better delay and improve the efficacy of the occurrence and development of vascular dementia, and this effect is better than donopezil hydrochloride, Naotongtamg in clinical intervention factors and treatment of one of the mechanisms of learning and memory abilities improve â…¥) patients. Conclusion:VD model performance improved four-vessel occlusion method (4-VO) produced a decline in learning and memory function, the model can be used as vascular dementia animal models. Brain through soup group has a better improvement neurons damaged or lost and inhibit glial cell hyperplasia, better delay and improve the efficacy of the occurrence and development of vascular dementia, and this effect is better than hydrochloride donepezil. |
