| Purpose: Through investigating the influence of ultra short wave therapyand acupuncture effect on knee osteoarthritis, searching a noninvasive andscatheless Rehabilitation therapy to treat the knee osteoarthritis.Method:60patients were randomly divided into treatment group of30patientsand a control group of30patients. All of them are inpatients. Ultra short wavetherapy and acupuncture are applied in the treatment group, while acupunctureis applied in the control group. Regard WOMAC,Joint tenderness,joint swellingand joint activity as deliberated index, statistical analyzing the data of thetwo groups of patients. Evaluation the clinical efficacy of ultra short wavecombined with acupuncture of knee osteoarthritis.Results:After a course of treatment (14days for a course of treatment), the treatmentgroup,15cases of produce,12cases of effective,3cases of invalid,markedly effective rate of50.0%,total effective rate was90.0%. In the controlgroup,there are8cases of produce,15cases of effective and7cases of invalid,the markedly effective rate is26.67%, and the total effective rate was76.67%.There were Significant difference before and after treatment indicators,andThere were significant differences between the two groups after treatmentgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through comparing with acupuncture treatment, ultra short wave combined withacupuncture can be more effective mitigation on the pain and joint function inpatients with knee osteoarthritis. Compared with before treatment, the WOMAC,joint tenderness, joint swelling and joint activity in the treatment group werebetter than before treatment, the treatment group can significantly alleviatethe patient ’s pain and improve joint function. After treatment the WOMAC, joint tenderness, joint swelling, and joint activity are better than beforetreatment of the control group,the control group may also improve the patient’sjoint pain and joint function. After treatment, the WOMAC, joint tenderness,joint swelling and joint activity were compared between the two groups.It hadstatistical significance.It illustrated ultra short wave combined with is moreeffective to relieve pain and improve joint function. |
