Early Spontaneous Abortion Of Syndromes And Related Factors

[Objective]Through analyzing of the226questionnaires that investigate TCM syndrome of women with early spontaneous abortion, we preliminarily discuss the distribution of TCM syndrome and common symptoms, coupled with related factors of women with early spontaneous abortion, which provides new methods for forming the normative and objective syndrome differentiation and offers epidemiological basis for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment and scientific research in gynaecology of TCM.[Method]Based on the primary research and experts’references, the questionnaire is formulated and completed. According to the clinical epidemiological surveys, we collect four diagnostic materials of226women with early spontaneous abortion clinic cases from January2011to February2013in Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine hospital. Meanwhile, we establish syndrome information database, use SPSS17.0statistical software and frequency analysis, as well as cluster analysis. This paper reveals distribution of syndromes and common symptoms early spontaneous abortion; And by using the Spearman, this paper depicts that the times of spontaneous abortion relates to age, occupation and the abortion time.[Result]1.Among the226investigated and effective cases of women with early spontaneous abortion, their age concentrating from22to46,the average age is about33.63±4.96.2. Through investigating the ABO blood group, the result primarily depicts that the blood type A is38.94%(88cases); blood type B25.67%(58cases), blood type O27.43%(62cases), blood type AB7.96%(18cases).3. Among the226investigated of women with early spontaneous abortion, missed abortion is77.43%(175cases), inevitable abortion is22.57%(51cases), the survey reveals that missed abortion is the most common ones among early spontaneous abortion. 4. Through investigating, the result primarily depicts that the recurrent abortion is66.81%(151cases), there are75cases who have one time of spontaneous abortion, about33.19%.5. Through investigating the clinical research and mathematical statistical analysis, combined with clinical analysis, the result primarily depicts that the proportion of kidney deficiency and liver stagnation with blood stasis is34.51%(78cases); asthenia of both the spleen and kidney34.51%(78cases); Deficiency of kidney and blood stasis10.62%(24cases).6. The women with early spontaneous abortion common symptoms from high to low frequency as follows:irritability, hair loss, aversion to cold, classics blood clots, forgetfulness, fatigue strength, gentle disposition depression, breast clip flatulence, lumbar debility, dry mouth, lower abdomen pain, the line abdominal pain, like a sigh, blood is dark red, each pregnancy abortion, five upset hot, abdominal distension, the sexual appetite decrease tired.7.The kidney deficiency of196females who are investigated with early spontaneous abortion relates age and the times of spontaneous abortion.The times of spontaneous abortion of226females who are investigated with early spontaneous abortion relates age, and occupation, the time of induced abortion, blood group has no immediate correlation.[Conclusion]The common syndromes of the female women with early spontaneous abortion are mostly distributed to kidney deficiency and liver stagnation with blood stasis, asthenia of both the spleen and kidney, kidney deficiency syndrome is the highest frequency, This conclusion is consistent with kidney reproductive. With the increase of age and the number of abortions, the increase in the proportion of kidney deficiency syndrome.Deficiency of kidney and blood stasis, of which the large proportion is mixed syndrome. The kidney deficiency positively relates age and the times of spontaneous abortion.The times of spontaneous abortion relates age, and occupation, the time of induced abortion, blood group has no immediate correlation.
