Precise agriculture has developed rapidly in recent years. In some technologicallydeveloped countries, the combination of agriculture and science and technology hasdeveloped into a significant industrial chain, and become an important way to promotethe development of agriculture. As an agricultural country, the grain output directlylinked with the national interest and people’s livelihood in China. The reduction of grainoutput caused by draught and flood is serious. So the precise agriculture has become atrend of Chinese agriculture. Conducting real-time supervision and monitoring andpre-alarming on soil moisture by modernized agriculture technology and makingirrigation plans according to the information has become an important way to preventand fight draught for relevant departments.On the issue of the information collection and teletransmission of soil moisture thepaper makes systematic design based on the51monolithic processor. To solve theproblem of relay distance and to persistently and exactly monitor the soil moisture, theauthor meticulously discusses the system architecture and the project and puts forwardsystematic measures at last. The system uses solar energy resources to supply power anddeliveries the soil moisture information with GSM wireless communication network. Itcan also monitor the soil moisture of remote and relatively large farm land and makeexactly date analysis through EW-MA algorithm. The experiment result showed that thesystem is reasonably designed and can provide reliably basis to prevent and fightdrought effectively.
