Three Kinds Of Herbs Affect The Characteristics Of The Culture Of Cordyceps

In order to improve the yield and quality of Cordyceps militarise and shorten its growth period, three kinds of Traditinal Chinese Medicine were chosen as subjects. In this work, different concentrations of Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Acanthopanax sent-icosus and Schisandra chinensis were added to solid and liquid fermentation mediums of Co-rdyceps militarise to screen the growth of fruit body and myceliums of Cordyceps mi-litarise. Meanwhile, the contents of adenosine and cordycepin were determined by H-PLC and the active ingredients of the three kinds of Traditinal Chinese Medicine were also detected in the fruit body of Cordyceps militarise by HPLC.Conclusions are as f-ollows:In the solid medium Ⅰ, when the concentrations of Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Acanth-opanax senticosus and Schisandra chinensis were1.00%,0.50%and0.75%respective-ely, the dry weight of fruit body were the highest. But in the liquid medium, when the concentrations of Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Acanthopanax senticosus and Schisandra chi-nensis were15mg/mL,10mg/mL and15mg/mL respectively, the dry weight of myce-liums were the hightest.Compared with control group, during the contents of adenosine and cordycepin of fruit body were determined by HPLC, the concentrations of adenosine in fruit body, mycelium and fermentation fluid of Cordyceps militarise were the highest as follows:1.1047mg/g (Schisandra chinensis1.50%),1.8034mg/g (Acanthopanax senticosus10mg/mL) and2.509mg/100mL (Glycyrrhiza uralensis15mg/mL), the concentr-ations of cordycepin were the highest as follows:4.7200mg/g (Schisandra chinensis0.75%),2.7933mg/g (Acanthopanax senticosus15mg/mL) and3.762mg/100mL (Glycyrrhiza uralensis15mg/mL)Active ingredients of three Chinese herb medicines were detected in fruit body of Cordyceps militarise by HPLC,the results indicated that the fruit body of Cordyceps militarise contained liquiritin, hyperoside, quercetin, schisandrin, schisantherin and deoxy-schisandrin respectively.The results showed that three kinds of Traditional Chinese medicine could promo-te growth of Cordyceps militarise, improve quality of Cordyceps militarise, and short-en its growth period. And the cultured fruit body of Cordyceps militarise included thr-ee kinds of Chinese medicine’s active ingredients which maybe strength the functions of Cordyceps militarise and simplify Traditional Chinese medicine compatibility.
