This dissertation mainly including three parts of work:(1) synthesis of GABAreceptor ligand (Ro7-1986/1) and flurazepam eluant,(2) synthesis of new pyrazolederivatives, and (3) synthesis and study of novel sulphonate surfactants.(1) Synthesis of GABA receptor ligand (Ro7-1986/1) and flurazepam.GABA receptors are important targets for both medicines and pesticides. It iswell known that Ro7-1986/1is a specific binding ligand for GABA receptor. In order toseparate and purificate GABA receptors,we have synthesized GABA receptor ligandRo7-1986/1and flurazepam eluant. Each reaction condition of the experimentprocess is optimized and yield of the ligand (Ro7-1986/1) is42.6%in this paper, whichis better than30.8%reported in the literature.(2) Synthesis of new pyrazole derivatives.Pyrazoles are important intermediate of pesticides, pyrazole derivatives playimportant roles in pesticide development. Fipronil, a efficient pyrazole pesticide, actson chlorine ion channel of the GABA receptor. We have designed and synthesizedthree new compounds containing pyrazole heterocycle. A main objective of thepresent work is to fabricate these pyrazole heterocycles and optimize the syntheticroute. The pyrazole comprounds are synthesized by putting hydrazone compoundand1,3-dicarbonyl compound together following double bond transpositionmechanism. This method has the advantages of simple manipulation and high yield.(3) Synthesis and study of novel sulphonate surfactants.Sulfonate compounds are widely applied as surfactants for pesticideformulations. In order to further develop the sulphonate surfactants, this paperexplored the optimal technological conditions to synthesize aliphatic alcohol ethertrimethylene sodium sulfonate. Using aliphatic alcohol, chloropropene and sodiumsulfite as materals, alkoxy propane sulfonates was obtained by allylation andsulfonation. This method has these advantages of simple process and mild reactionconditions.The products were characterized by FTIR, NMR, MS etc.Surface properties and application performance (wetting, bubbles) was tested. It was applied as a wettingagent in the water-dispersible granules of the triazine herbicides. Results show thatthe water-dispersible granulesu using the sulfonates surfactants as wetting agent hassimilar propertis with the water-dispersible granules using the terwet1004wettingagent in term of suspension rate, wetting time, and the heat storage stability. Thisconfirms that such sulfonate has good potential applications.
