Adolescence is an important stage in the growing process of children. Psychological conditionsand social adaptive behavior as a standard measure the physical and mental health development ofteenagers, which also plays a crucial role in the period of grow up. The psychological conditions and socialadaptive behavior not only affect the statu of teenagers’ physical and mental health development, but alsoinfluence on their psychology and social adaptive abilities. Therefore, fully understand what factors willaffect the psychological conditions and social adaptive behavior is a significant thing.Based on the literature review of this paper which investigation of the teenagers who are students,the teenagers’ psychological conditions division chat, Perceived Social Support Scale and Social adaptiveScale was modified for the research method, and apply the questionnaire investigation of the student ofKaifeng Middle School to examined the condition of teenagers, especially discussion the relationship ofpsychological conditions, social adaptive behavior and social supportive.First, the “teenager psychological conditions division scale” has excellent credibility and validity,which contains three dimensionalities of school psychological conditions, family psychological conditionsand self psychological conditions.Secondly, the overall results of teenagers’ psychological conditions are good. The familypsychological condition is the best, but the school psychological condition is lowest.Thirdly, there are significant differences among these factors which are gender, only child, natureof the account, grade, class rank and position of the class. There are clear demonstrated on (1) Girls’ schoolpsychological conditions are better than boys’.(2) The self psychological conditions of only child better than non-only child in one family.(3) Non-country residents are superior to the teenager who has countryaccount in every aspect of psychological conditions.(4) The seventh grade got the highest score in the anyaspect of psychological conditions; otherwise, the grade two of the senior school is the lowest score.(5)The top ten student in a class who are the highest score in every aspect of psychological conditions, on theother hand, the last50student got the lowest score.(6) Different classes positions students have clearvarious in these three dimensionalities which are psychological condition, but the student who has no anyposition got the lowest score.Fourth, teenager psychological conditions clear forecast other seven dimensionalities, familypsychological conditions can predict these two dimensionalities which are the self bother and socialtendency; school psychological conditions can forecast the prosaically Tendency, interpersonal relationship,working affection, illegal behavior and positive response and negative response.Finally, social support plays regulation role in teenager psychological conditions and socialadaption. The social support control these two dimensionalities which are prosaically tendency andworking affection, the family support in social support play a regulatory role as well.
