Clinic Abserve In Xiaoji Decoction Treation Barren Women With Fallopian Tube Inflammation

Objective: Via Chinese medicine pathogeny and Western medicine pathology and clinicalresearch about tubal factor infertility, we explore the effect and mechanism ofXiaoZhengZhuYun Decoction, treating barren women with heat humid and gore cementationsyndrome of Fallopian tube inflammation and obstruct.Method: 40 cases of barren women with heat humid and gore cementation syndrome ofFallopian tube inflammation and obstruct are selected.These patients are distributed byrandomization.Control group include 20 cases with capsule of KangFuYan.Treatment groupinclude 20 cases XiaoZhengZhuYun Decoction.Combining ,these two group are contrasted inpregnant rate, illness point and blood theology.Results: Observe symptom and sign,treatment group involves nine pregnant cases,eightstraighten up cases and three invalidation cases.The pregnant rate is45%.Comparatively, control group involves one pregnant cases,nine straighten up cases andten invalidation cases.The pregnant rate is 5%.Statistical analyse,there is significant differencein the pregnant rate,clinical symptoms and sign between the two groups.and treatment groupexcels control group.And there is significant difference in blood rheology between groups aftertreatment.Conclusion: For barren women with heat humid and gore cementation syndrome ofFallopian tube inflammation and obstruct. XiaoZhengZhuYun Decoction has the effect ofimproving the clinical symptoms and pregnant rate.
