| Purpose: Observing the effect and mechanism of lappaconitine which can preventfrom postoperative edema of the edge of the anus after hemorrhoidectomy, through theclinical study to compare 2 groups: a group patients who have crico-mixed hemorrhoidsaccept injection into Yaoshu point and intervenous drop infusion with lappaconitine, another group is a blank group. Method: Choose 30 patients with crico-mixed hemorrhoidswho need operation and divide them into 2 groups in random: experimental group (n=15), comparison group (n=15). The experimental group accept injection into Yaoshu point (8mglappaconitine) before the operation and intervenous drop infusion (8mg lappaconitine addin 5%GNS500ml, iv gtt, qd, use 3 days)after the operation with lappaconitine. Thecomparison group neither accept injection into Yaoshu point (8mg lappaconitine) noraccept intervenous drop infusion (8mg lappaconitine add in 5%GNS500ml, iv gtt, qd, use3 days). After finished these steps, then record the information of the edema of the edge ofanus after the operation and whether the patients have complications, such as pain, urineretention, anal incontinence, nausea, vomiting, dizzy, headache, flustered, chest distress, itch of skin, hives and so on, for the purpose of observing the lappaconitine’s effects ofpreventing from postoperative edema of the edge of the anus and its side effects. Result: The patients who were accepted injection into Yaoshu point and intervenous withlappaconitine had lower incidence of edema than the blank group. Furthermore, thesubjective pain response was significantly less in the lappaconitine group. The method oflappaconitine did not increase the incidence of postoperative complications and side effects.Conclusion:①Lappaconitine can prevent from haemorrhoid postoperative edema of theedge of the anus after hemorrhoidectomy;②Lappaconitine can prevent the anorectalpostoperative pain;③It is safe to inject lappaconitine before the operation ofhemorrhoidectomy. |
