Clinic Study On The Relationship Between TCM Syndromes Of Agedness Metablize Syndrome And Insulin Resistance

Objective: To research on the changes of index of ISI、waistline、BMI、blood-fat、blooduric acid、microdosis urine albumin、inflammutory factorwhich by differentiation ofsyndromes and signs for classification of syndrom in agedness MS.To do the beneficialstudy on the objective of TCM and the unify therapeutic effect in agedness MS.Method:103 patients of agedness MS were selected as research subjects,and divided into of typinggroups according to the TCM differentiation stardards of agedness MS,the syndrom ofphlegmatic hygrosis to collect;the syndrome of sputum and silt accumulate incollaterals;the syndrom of hepatic and renal yin deficiency;the syndrom of deficiency ofboth vital energy and Yin; the syndrom of deficiency of both Yin and Yang. 23 patientsbelonged to the syndrom of phlegmatic hygrosis to collect;25 patients belonged to thesyndrome of sputum and silt accumulate in collaterals;22 patients belonged to the syndromof deficiency of both vital energy and Yin;33 patients belonged to the syndrom ofdeficiency of Yin and silt.As the same times 20 healthy people were selected ascontrols.FPG was measured using means of zymology;Leptin and endo the lin weremeasured using RIA;then count out ISI=1/FPG~*FPFins. Result: Compare to agedness MSand normal control,ISI of agedness MS is manifest cut down (P＜0.01) The index of ISI 103patients of IR was singnificantly lower than that of the normal controls. (P＜0.05) The indexof FPG、waistline、BMI were higher than the normal controls. (P＜0.05) Compare to thenormal controls,the level of CRP、TNF—α、PAG (5) in the deficiency of the syndrom ofdeficiency of Yin and silt. (P＜0.05) MUA and UA in the deficiency of the syndrom ofdeficiency of Yin and silt is higher than others (P＜0.05).The level of waistline、FPG、CRP、TNF—α、MUA、PAG (5) and Fb have negatively linear correcation with ISI. (P＜0.01)The lever of HDL-C have positive linear correcation. Conclusion: 1.there have the closecorrelation between agedness MS and IR; As the same times, the ISI was different in theindex, So the ISI was seem as the objective indexing by differentiation of symptoms andsigns of TCM. 2. CRP、TNF—α、MUA、UA、PAG (5) are seem as the significance indexingin the deficiency of Yin and silt.3.Deficiency、sputum and silt were the important foundation in the development of agedness MS. 4. The deficiency of Yin and silt is thehighest among the typing of agedness MS.
