| ObjectiveTo summarize the clinicopathological features, clinical manifestation, laboratoryand pathological characteristics of membranous nephropathy (MN), and to analyze thegrowth trend of membranous nephropathy in recent year.MethodsThe gender, age, course of disease, clinical manifestation, pathological stage, immune fluorescence and epidemiology with renal disease and the pathological types of84membranous nephropathy patients during January2004to December2013werereviewed and compared. All patients are divided into group1(2004.1-2008.12) andgroup2(2009.1-2013.12).ResultsMembranous nephropathy patients were mainly middle to old aged, and clinicalmanifestations of the nephrotic syndrome were microscopic haematuria, hypertensionand renal insufficiency. Average age of high blood pressure patients was55and renalinsufficiency average age was52.43years old. The pathological type is given priority toâ… period and â…¡ period. Immunofluorescence is given priority to IgG and C3deposition. Between January2004and December2008, the group1of membranousnephropathy, a total of31cases, with an average age of42(31-56), including hepatitis bassociated glomerulonephritis in2cases,5cases with lupus nephritis, tumor1case,23cases of idiopathic membranous nephropathy, and clinical manifestation of23cases ofnephrotic syndrome, characterized by abnormal urine test for8cases. Between January2009and December2013, group2, a total of53patients with membranous nephropathy, the average age was47.278(16-80years), including hepatitis b associatedglomerulonephritis in3patients,6patients with lupus nephritis, tumor correlation6cases,38cases of idiopathic membranous nephropathy,43patients clinicalmanifestation for nephrotic syndrome, for10cases of abnormal urine test. Laboratoryindexes of two groups were tested, including Alb, Scr, TC, TG, LDL-C and Pro. From2004to2013the percentage of membranous nephropathy patients was also countedannually.ConclusionsOnset age of membranous nephropathy patients were mainly between middle-agedand old age, and the main show of MN is nephrotic syndrome, with microscopichaematuria, hypertension and renal insufficiency. Pathological types are mainlyâ… period and â…¡ period and immunofluorescence is given priority to IgG and C3deposition.There was no statistically significant difference in clinical characteristics ofmembranous nephropathy between two groups (P>0.05). Membranous nephropathypatients during the same period as a proportion of the patients with renal biopsy showeda trend of growth, and increased significantly from2011to2013. The results also shown the number of tumor associated membranous nephropathy was increasedbetween2009and2013. |
