Objective To study the effect of renal function due to different levels of intra-abdominal pressure. Methods Retrospective analysis from January2011to January2013, ourhospital ICU were all critically ill patients, selected into families without kidneyprimary disease, chronic renal insufficiency and renal function was abnormal, after ICU admission appeared for the first time in patients with abdominalpressure, a total of133cases. Divided into four groups according to differentlevels of intra-abdominal pressure, grade I group (31cases), class II group (15cases) and group (17cases), a level III level IV group (3cases), renal function inpatients with different levels of intra-abdominal pressure performance foranalysis. Results Different levels of intra-abdominal pressure and the incidence of ARFpatients with MODS, the incidence and mortality rate are positively correlated.By monitoring urinary chalone C, Cr, BUN, MAP,24hurine,24hour infusionquantity can better response the change of renal function, renal function damagefor instruction, reduce abdominal interval syndrome occurs has a positive meaning. Through to the IAP monitoring, timely deal with intra-abdominalpressure, early intervention, CRRT treatment, with the important measures ofprotection and restoration of kidney function. Conclusion With the increase of intra-abdominal pressure, evident in patientswith acute kidney injury, renal function worse, monitoring the intra-abdominalpressure, protect kidney function, early CRRT treatment, is an important meansof improving the prognosis of IAH.
