Objective: to investigate the value research of fuji intelligentchromoendoscopy (FICE) prediction in the depth of early esophageal carcinomaand precancerous lesions invasion.Methods:2013January to2014January in Chongqing Cancer HospitalDepartment of endoscopy patients underwent endoscopy, esophageal mucosaroughness will eventually, erosion, color change or flat, uplift or depressiontype lesions of131patients included in the study. For the observed lesionsin ordinary high magnifying endoscopy, FICE amplification patterns ofsequential observation records the lesion site, size, shape, range; score ofimage definition on epithelial papilla; FICE was observed within the capillaryloops (intra-epithelial papillary capillary loop, IPCL) were classified; thelesions were targeted biopsy, confirmed malignant endosonography judge thedepth of invasion, finally endoscopic resection (removal) lesions or electiveoperation excision of the lesion and the pathological. The ultrasonic findingsand pathological results of endoscopy, study results were compared.Results:1. in the lesions observed contour sharpness, FICE was obviouslyhigher than that of white light (P=0).2. esophagitis in IPCLⅡgroup accounted for88%(22/25); mild to moderate atypical hyperplasia in IPCL Ⅲ group accounted for77.8%(21/27); severeatypical hyperplasia in IPCL Ⅳ group accounted for57.9%(11/19); the m1stage Cancer in IPCL GroupⅤ1accounted for54.5%(6/11); the m2stage Cancerin IPCL GroupⅤ2accounted for accounted for40%(4/10); the m3sm1stagecancer in IPCLⅤ3accounted for33.3%(3/9); the sm2sm3stage cancer ingroup IPCL ⅤN type accounted for83.9%(26/31).3. FICE amplification observed results were compared with pathologicalfindings, by pairing χ2test (McNemar test), derived P=0.9999>0.05, thedifference was not statistically significant, by Kappa test, draw k=0.71, P<0.0001, can consider the consistency of the results of the two methods toachieve moderate diagnostic agreement. In FICE amplification technology andMPS forecast shallow depth of cancer and cancer overall accuracy rate of86.08%,62.03%respectively. Two methods by paired χ2test (MN test), derived P=0.0409<0.05, can be considered statistically significant in two ways. FICEamplification technology to predict the depth of invasion of early esophagealcancer rate of7.59%over judgment (6/79), a low sentence was6.33%(5/79); MPSforecast of early esophageal infiltration rate of11.39%over the sentence (9/79), the low rate of26.58%sentence (21/79).Conclusions: FICE technology not only clearly shows the lesion contours,combined with magnifying endoscopy and by observing the IPCL typingauthenticity diagnosis of esophageal disease better, the higher the degree ofpathologic findings consistent. In terms of judging the depth of invasion of early esophageal cancer, FICE magnifying endoscopy and pathology results canbe achieved moderate consensus, in fact, with the value of similarhigh-frequency MPS, MPS can effectively reduce the over-contracting ratesand low rates of judgment.
