Study On Treatment Effects Of Burn Injury On Liver Function

Aims:Burn patients with liver dysfunction are common phenomenon inclinical, and it is important to use the appropriate treatment for those burnpatients.Methods:In this paper,238cases of burn patients as the research object,and from four aspects were summarized and analyzed:(1)From the burn area, Study of mild burn, moderate burn, severe burnsand severe burn patients with liver damage incidence were investigated.(2)From the burn time, for different time period of burn patients withelevated ALT levels of incidence were investigated.(3)From the time of operation, eschar excision and eschar shaving of liverfunction after operation were studied.(4)From the aspect of drug,discusses the Diammonium GlycyrrhizinateInjection,and Compound Amino Acid Injection(15AA) for the damage of liverfunction in burn patientsResults:The research results of this paper mainly includes the followingfour aspects: (1)Liver function damage in mild burn, moderate burn, severe burns andsevere burn patients with increasing incidence of deposit of burn area, burnpatients with liver injury incidence rate showed an upward trend, so it is veryimportant for detection and treatment of liver function damage for moderate orsevere burn patients.(2)The level of ALT increased within7days in patients with burn was thehighest, and then as time increases, the rising incidence of burn patientsdecreased ALT level.Therefore, in hospitalized burn patients treated for1weeks,to take appropriate measures for the recovery of liver function damage, furtheravoid liver function damage in patients with.(3)Eschar excision and eschar shaving the change of liver function aftereschar operation,early eschar excision and eschar shaving after operation thanpatients with Late eschar excision and eschar shaving increased ALT incidenceafter operation in patients with less. Meet the conditions as soon as possible cuessuch as eschar excision operation treatment, can reduce liver damage occurs, theprognosis for burn patients can also help.(4)The effects of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Injection,and CompoundAmino Acid Injection(15AA) for treatment of liver function injury induced byburn patients, in patients with AST, ALT, GGT levels after two weeks wassignificantly decreased,and the rise of globulin, albumin level have effect,suggesting that they can effectively alleviate the effects of burn injury on liverfunction, and will not cause serious adverse reactions.Conclusions:(1)All kinds of burn patients, there are patients with impaired liver function,liver function damage incidence is proportional to the burn area. (2)Seven days after burn, burn patients with elevated levels of ALT was thehighest,and then as time increases, the rising incidence of burn patientsdecreased ALT level.(3)Eschar excision and eschar shaving operation time, the elevated ALTlevels affect the incidence of burn patients. Early eschar excision and escharshaving operation treatment, can reduce liver damage occurs, the prognosis forburn patients can also help.(4)Burn patients in two different drug use, Compound Amino AcidInjection (15AA) on liver damage in relatively good treatment effect, andDiammonium Glycyrrhizinate Injection is relatively good for protein synthesis.The two drugs can effectively alleviate the effects of burn injury on liverfunction.
