| 1Research contents(1)The intervention of Compound Sanqi granules in rats with experiments causedatherosclerosis of the apoptosis genethe,the control of expression of Bcl-2/Bax proteinregulation and the impact for TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C in the serum;(2) The effect of Compound Sanqi granules for the content of serum TG,TC, LDL-C,HDL-C, Hs-CRP and carotid IMT in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.2Research objective2.1Experimental Study65rats were randomly divided into normal control group(15)(forage ordin-ary normal group)and build module group(50)(high fat feed and joint applicati-on of vitamin D3).After1month,the author choses5rats from normal controlgroup randomly,and10rats from made module group,then took the rats’bloodwith empty stomach to detect serum TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C level,the results showed that the built module lipid levels were significantly increased;the authoralso detected the rats’aorta to find atherosclerotic plaque for building successf-ul index[2].Then the author randomly divided the build module group into mo-del group,the western medicine group(simvastatin group),the traditional Chinesemedicine group (compound Sanqi particles group),and the combination of Chin-ese and western group (simvastatin group combined with compound Sanqi part-icles),10rats for each group.1time for one day,after continuous dosing1mon-th,the author detected the apoptosis rate,the Bcl-2/Bax protein expression and t-he change of serum TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C level.(1) To observe the influence of compound Sanqi granules for cell apoptosis ofexperimental rats’vascular walls.(2) By examining apoptosis gene Bcl-2/Bax protein expression and the change ofserum TG,TC, LDL-C,HDL-C level,further clarifying the effect of compound Sanqi granules for intervention of atherosclerosis apoptosis gene expression,so as to play therole of resistance to atherosclerosis.2.2Clinical Observation(1)With the methods of random contrast,the author divided40atherosclerosi agedpatients into2groups-western medicine group and combination of Chinesetradiational and western medicine group by random.The2groups are treatedcontinually and synchronously,which treatment courses are both4weeks.The aims areto observe the clinical response and to evaluate the safety of compound Sanqigranules when they are used as the medicine for atherosclerosis patients.(2)The author would monitor the changes of TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,hs-CRP in theserum and Carotid arteryin IMT of patients before and after treatments withcompound Sanqi granules.2.3Statidtical methodAll measurement data were expressed as“x±sâ€,groups were compared using thepaire t test the two group were compared using independent samplest t-test,count datausing chi-square test,analysis of variance were used for independent samples,P<0.05had significant different.All data were statiscally analyzed with SPASS17.0statisticalsoftware.3Result3.1The experimental resultsCompound Sanqi granules can decrease the values of TC,TG,LDL-C,increasethe value of HDL-C,and reduce artery intima lipid deposition. Meanwhile,it canincrease the expression in protein levels of bcl-2,decrease the expression in proteinlevels of Bax,reduce the apoptosis rate, prevent the cell apoptosis and resistatherosclerosis. 3.2Clinical study resultsCompared with before treatment,the situation of patients’serum TG, TC, LDL-C,HDL-C,Hs-CRP and carotid IMT after treatment were obviously improved.Thecurative effect of combination of Chinese and western medicine group is superior towestern medicine group.4. ConclusionCompound Sanqi granules can improve the metabolism of blood-lipid,preventthe cell apoptosis,so as to prevent or delay the process of atherosclerosis.CompoundSanqi granules combined western medicine therapy is safe for clinical application,which canimprove the objective indicators and syndrome change,improve the patients’ life quality,and hasthe clinical value. |
