| Objective To Comparing the therapeutic effect and safety Of HCC embolized by using the diameter of100-300Tris-acryl gelatin microspheres+iodized oil and300-500Tris-acryl gelatin microspheres+iodized oil. To explore what size of microspheres can make liver cancer patients benefit.Methods167patients with HCC were randomly assigned into group A,85patients (using the diameter of100-300Tris-acryl gelatin microspheres+iodized oil)and group B,82patients (using the diameter of300-500Tris-acryl gelatin microspheres+iodized oil).Before and after TACE procedure,tumor size on CT,AFP, how many times procedures of Each patient during observation period,,Hepatic function, coagulation function, were analyzed one by one between group A and B. After TACE procedure, duration of the side effects and the incidence of the complications were compared between group A and B.Results Curative effect:After TACE, reduction in tumor size in group A is greater than group B (P<0.001).Think tumor shrinkage and invariability is equal to efficiency of treatment, efficiency of treatment of group A=93.5%, group B=73.0%, group A is more than group B.The degree of decrease in AFP, group A is greater than group B (p=0.015);The decrement rate of AFP, group A is greater than group B (p=0.04). The each patient, times of procedures during observation period: group A is less than group B (p=0.003).Safety:After TACE,the damage in Hepatic function and coagulation function:group A is greater than group B(p<0.05). After TACE, duration of the side effects(such as fever, nausea and vomiting, hepatalgia): group A is longer than group B(p<0.05).Conclusion HCC embolized by using the diameter of100-300Tris-acryl gelatin microspheres+iodized oil is more effective and fewer operations times than by using300-500Tris-acryl gelatin microspheres+iodized oil. HCC embolized by using the diameter of300-500Tris-acryl gelatin microspheres+iodized oil is more safer than by using the diameter of100-300Tris-acryl gelatin microspheres+iodized oil. |
