| Aim: To construct animal models which are used to analyze the effect of continuous+Gz on oral tissues. By loading different G value, we analyze the effect of continuous+Gz on rats’ oral tissues. From the study about the changes of animals, oral tissues andmodel catalysts biomarker in some tissues, we analyze the cause of the physiopathologyof continuous+Gz to oral organs. On this basis, we study that in the continuous+Gz,the change of polydanshinolate to animals, organs and model catalysts biomarker. It cansupport the basisi for oral health of aerospace personnel.Methods:We fix rats to the end of small animals centrifuge arm (radius of arm is1M,acceleration curve is trapezoid, growth rate of G value is1G/s), The rats are put in thefixed bin with a. prone position, Head towards the arm axis in the condition of+5Gzand+10Gz (peak duration of time are30s, sustained peak intervals are+1Gz,60s)5times a day,4days a week, last3weeks. We mix Salvianolate with saline to make low,medium and high concentrations of different solutions, And30minutes before theexperiment, we inject the+5Gz and+10Gz rats of medicine group with differentconcentrations of salvianolate solution and the same dose to the control group.To make9groups:negative control group,+5Gz positive group,+5Gz drug groups,+10Gz positivegroup,+10Gz drug groups,3in each groups,27in all. Results:1.To construct animal models which are used to analyze the effect ofcontinuous+Gz on oral tissues.2.The pathology result shows:with the increase of+Gz,the change of rat’s masseter muscle,gingiva,dental pulp and tongue is largegradually.3.By using technology of the molecular biology, we analyze the HSP70mRNArelative expression of Rat’s tissue in the condition of continuous+Gz. We find that therelative expression of HSP70mRNA is correlated positively with the continuous+Gz,With the increase of depside salt from salvia miltiorrhiza,the relative expression ofHSP70mRNA of rats’masseter muscle, gingiva is inhibited. It shows the dose dependentapparently.Conclusion:By making use of rat’s continuous+Gz model, we can find that theincrease of+Gz has relationship with the hurt to rat’s masseter muscle, gingiva,dentalpulp and tongue.Depside salt from salvia miltiorrhiza can protect the hurt of+Gz toPat’s masseter muscle and gingiva. |
