| Objective:Use ventilationFloTrac/Vigileo monitoring system to research the influence of carbon dioxide injection to anesthesia circulatory functions of patients with mechanical ventilation during gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods:elective30patients of selective digestive endoscopic therapy, ASA grade I or II, age55-60years old, weight55-76kg. Preoperative excluded patients with heart and lung diseases. A same method of general anesthesia was used to all patients, which was:rapid intravenous induction endotracheal intubation; continuous pumping of propofol and remifentanil; intermittent bolus injection of muscle relaxants; maintain the depth of anesthesia at a certain range by using EEG Eeg bispectrumdetector, and keep the patients’BIS value at40-60; catheter left radial artery, connect the FloTrac and Vigileo monitor to Continuously monitor blood pressure(SBP, DBP, MAP), cardiac output (CO), stroke volume (SV), and stroke volume variation (SVV); catheter right internal jugular vein to monitor central venous pressure (CVP). record the above data respectively after5minutes of anesthesia operation and5minutes,10minutes,15minutes of carbon dioxide injection. And calculate the systemic peripheral resistance (SVR) values. Results:after the injection of CO2, the patients’CVP increased(P<0.05), SVV increased(P<0.05), heart rate increased (P<0.05), SV decreased (P<0.05), CO increased (P<0.05), SVR increased (P<0.05), blood pressure increased (P<0.05). Conclusion:carbon dioxide injection during digestive endoscopic treatment can significantly chang the hemodynamics of patients with mechanical ventilation after general anesthesia. |
