| Objective: To investigate the association of NF-κB1gene promoter-94ins/delATTG polymorphism with Primary ANCA associated small vasculitis(AAV) in guangxi han nationality.Methods: NF-κB1-94ins/delATTG were analyzed by Polymerase chainrestricted fagments length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) in87cases of AAVpatients were collected and101cases of normal beings were contrasted, clinicaland pathologic data of the patients with different genotype were compared. Results:1〠The frequency distribution of NF-κB1-94ins/delATTGgenotypes of87AAV patients were WW:37.93%,DD:16.09%, WD:45.98%,respectively; and frequencies of alleles W and D were60.92%ã€39.08%.Whilein normal beings,genotype frequencies were WW:35.64%,DD:20.79%,WD:43.56%,respectively; frequencies of alleles W and D were57.42%ã€42.57%ï¼›No significant difference was found in either genotype distributions or allelefrequencies between the patients and the control (P>0.05);2ã€The levels ofsystolic pressure,serum creatinine and fasting blood-glucose were significantlyhigher than control group(P<0.05);3ã€In AAV group, there was no significantdifference in the morbidity of Clinical symptoms such as fever, joint pain amongthe three genotypes(P>0.05);4ã€Significant difference was found in serumCRPã€RF levels of the three kinds of genotyped patients(P<0.05),the levels ofserum CRPã€RF in WW genotype were significantly decreased;5ã€Significantdifference was found in IgM levels of the three kinds of genotypedpatients(P<0.05), the levels of IgM in DD genotype were significantlydecreased;6ã€In AAV patients, whether three genotypes in AI or CI differenceshad no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:1ã€NF-κB1-94ins/delATTG gene has three kinds of WW,DD, WD gene polymorphism in patients with AAV in Guangxi;2ã€In AAVpatients, NF-κB1-94ins/delATTG gene polymorphism may be associated withserum CRP, RF, IgM levels. Objective: To investigate the association of CXCL12-3’G801Apolymorphism with Primary ANCA associated small vasculitis (AAV) inguangxi han nationality.Methods: CXCL12-3’G801A were analyzed by Polymerase chainrestricted fagments length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) in87cases of AAVpatients were collected and101cases of normal beings were contrasted, clinicaland pathologic data of the patients with different genotype were compared.Results:1ã€The frequency distribution of CXCL12-3’G801A genotypes of87AAV patients were AA:3.45%ã€GA:36.78%ã€GG:59.77%, respectively; andfrequencies of alleles A and G were21.84%ã€78.16%;While in normalbeings,genotype frequencies were AA:7.92%ã€GA:43.56%ã€GG:48.51%,respectively; frequencies of alleles A and G were29.70%ã€70.30%ï¼› Nosignificant difference was found in either genotype distributions or allelefrequencies between the patients and the control (P>0.05);2ã€In AAV group,there was no significant difference in the morbidity of Clinical symptoms suchas fever, joint pain between the type two alleles(P>0.05);3ã€Significantdifference was found in serum WBC〠triglyceride levels of the type twoalleles, carry A type alleles patients group obviously higher than carry G allele(P<0.05);4ã€In AAV patients, The differences of two type alleles in CI havestatistical significance(P<0.05), A allele carriers CI index is significantly lowerthan the G allele carriers. Conclusion:1ã€CXCL12-3’G801A gene has three kinds of AA,GG,GAgene polymorphism in patients with AAV in Guangxi;2ã€In AAV patients,CXCL12-3’G801A gene polymorphism may be associated with the WBC,serum triglyceride levels, pathological CI index. |
