| [Objective] Analyzed the growth and development influence factors of Han,Zhuang and Yao students aged7years old,10years old,13years old in Guangxi;understand the serum insulin-like growth factor-1(Insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1), insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3(Insulin-like growth factorbinding protein-3, IGFBP-3) levels of Guangxi, Han, Zhuang, Yao Children;different IGF-1, IGFBP-3levels of different nationalities, gender; growth anddevelopment status of Guangxi Han, Zhuang and Yao children; compare growthand development levels between different ethnic; explore the factors that affectchildren’s growth,IGF-1level, IGFBP-3level and explore the influence ofinsulin-like growth factors(insulin-like growth factors,IGFs) on the growth ofchildren; provide references for further study and formulating interventionprograms in the future.[Methods] Extracting7-year-old,10-year-old and13-year-old Han, Zhuangand Yao health students from Guangxi Hepu County, Wuming County,Gongcheng County for the study. Each gender and age group of every nationsampling by the standard of50students, ultimately946students were selected,156boys,155girls of7-year-old group;157boys,156girls of10-year-old group;161boys,161girls of13-year-old group. Conducted growthand development research on the study subjects and measured the level of theirshape, function, quality and sexual development; Extract30students of each sexand age group from the946students as insulin-like growth factors and growthfactors survey on a voluntary principle,598copies were inclued, excluding85specimens with great deviation, accounted for14.21%; actually using513testdata,the sample size of each sex and age group of Han,Zhuang,Yao students wasbetween22and25.The morphological indicators that included in the research include height,sitting height, weight, bust; Function and quality indicators include vital capacity,a standing jump, lean chinning for7,10years old male students or chinning upfor13years old male students, one-minute sit-up for female; Sexualdevelopment indicators include boys testicular volume, genital development, thelevel of female breast development and pubic hair development; Detection andStatistical Methods: Detecting Han, Zhuang, Yao student insulin-like growthfactor-1(IGF-1), insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3) levelsby ELISA. Analyze the various indicators by using method of descriptiveanalysis; Using T test, analysis of variance and rank sum test to compare thedifferences among different groups. Regression analysis are conducted, height orweight as the dependent variable; parent’s height, economic level, birth weight,eat beans and bean products intake, time for exercise, sleep quality, IGF-1level,IGFBP-3level etc,a total of30indicators are included as independent variables.[Results]1IGF-1ã€IGFBP-3: (1) IGF-1levels: the mean of7years old,10years old,13years old boyswere117.98μg/L,111.75μg/L,149.28μg/L, the girls were125.14μg/L,108.63μg/L,146.25μg/L; serum IGF-1levels of13year age are the highest,followed by7-year-old group,10-year-old group was the lowest. Serum IGF-1levels of7-year-old students of Zhuang was the highest;10-year-old group, thedifference between serum IGF-1levels of Han and Yao students was notstatistically significant, serum IGF-1levels of Zhuang were lowest; the highestIGF-1levels of13year old students group is Zhuang, Yao second, Hanminimum.(2) IGFBP-3levels: the mean of7years old,10years old,13years oldboys were62.42μg/L,61.74μg/L,61.27μg/L, the girls were65.11μg/L,59.32μg/L,61.89μg/L; IGFBP-3levels between the age groups were notstatistically significant. The difference between IGFBP-3levels of Yao andZhuang Students was not statistically significant and was higher than the Hanstudents of7-year-old group;10-year-old group,IGFBP-3levels of Yao studentsare highest, Han minimum;13-year-old group,there are no difference betweenIGFBP-3levels of Han and Yao students, IGFBP-3levels of Han and Yaostudents were higher than Zhuang students.2Growth and development(1) Morphology indicators: the morphological development indicatorsaverage level of Zhuang is better than Han and Yao students. Height: the meanof7-year-old,10-year-old,13-year-old group boys were122.11cm,138.03cm,154.16cm, girls were121.72cm,138.21cm,152.71cm; sitting height: the meanof7-year-old,10-year-old,13-year-old group boys were66.96cm,73.85cm,81.41cm, the girls were66.70cm,73.87cm,82.11cm; weight: the mean of 7-year-old,10-year-old,13-year-old group boys were23.99Kg,33.20Kg,42.31Kg, girls were22.42Kg,31.10Kg,42.53Kg; Bust: the mean of7-year-old,10years old,13-year-old group boys were59.00cm,65.69cm,72.47cm, the girlswere57.49cm,64.63cm,73.50cm.(2) Function Quality Indicators: In addition to the13-year-old groupChin-up,7-year-old group girls standing long jump,13-year-old group girlscrunches do not exist ethnic differences, the other sex and age group of theindicators exist ethnic differences. Vital capacity: the mean of7-year-old,10-year-old,13-year-old group boys were1310.60ml,1957.39ml,2865.88ml,girls were1180.36ml,1776.34ml,2383.11ml; standing long jump: the mean of7-year-old,10-year-old,13-year-old group boys were119.06cm,148.81cm,194.41cm, girls were112.26cm,140.60cm,165.07cm; Oblique body pull-ups/chin-up: the mean of7years old,10years old,13-year-old group boys were8.71times,15.31times,5.12times; crunches: the mean of7-year-old,10-year-old,13-year-old group girls were18.32times,27.05times,28.65times.(3) Body Index: only7years old students height and sitting height indexexist ethnic differences. Only10years old boys have ethnic differences in theBMI index;10-year-old group of Han, Zhuang, Yao boys BMI index were16.30kg/m2,18.40kg/m2,17.03kg/m2. Zhuang students have higher incidence ofobesity and overweight. The vital body weight capacity of7-year-old and10-year-old Han students is higher than the Zhuang, Yao students,13-year-oldboys vital body weight capacity of Zhuang is73.41ml/kg, higher than the Hanand Yao student.(4) Sexual development level: Only13-year-old group exist differences inthe level of male genitalia development. There are differences in testicular development stages of10and13-year-old age group. Testicular volume of Hanboys aged7years old,10years old,13years old were2.66ml,5.06ml,16.00ml;Testicular volume of Zhuang aged7years old,10years old,13years old were2.23ml,5.80ml,19.03ml; Yao were2.93ml,4.23ml,10.44ml. Breast and pubichair development in girls exist ethnic differences in the age of10and the age of13. Sexual development stages of Yao are the last.3Influencing Factors3.1IGF-1, IGFBP-3level influence factors(1) Factors affecting serum IGF-1level include IGFBP-3level, height, theusual drink milk or soy milk, afternoon nap situation, mother’s weight.(2) Factor affecting serum IGFBP-3levels include IGF-1levels, height, theusual drink milk or soy milk, afternoon nap situation, the usual to eat snacks.3.2Growth influence Factors(1) Factors affecting height growth include IGF-1levels, IGFBP-3levels,family size, economic level, whether picky eaters, eating breakfast, the usualdrink milk or soy milk, the amount of staple food, vegetables intake, the lastLesson feeling hunger, time of outdoor activities, night sleep time.(2) Factors affecting weight growth include IGF-1levels, IGFBP-3levels,family size, father weight, birth weight, whether the picky eaters, eatingbreakfast, the usual drink milk or soy milk, the amount of staple food, the lastlesson of hunger sense, afternoon nap situation, night sleep time.[Conclusions] Height, sitting height, weight, chest, lung capacity ofZhuang students was the best; standing long jump and student sit-ups of Yaostudents was the best, Oblique body pull-ups of Han students was the best. Thedevelopment of quality level and the level of morphological development were lack of coordination; IGF-1level and IGFBP-3level affect each other, factorsinfluence IGF-1levels and IGFBP-3levels include height, milk or soy milkintake, afternoon nap situation, mother’s weight also have an effect on IGF-1levels, the usual to eat snacks also have an effect on IGFBP-3levels;Theinfluence factors of height and weight, in addition to serum IGF-1, IGFBP-3;nutrition, exercise and sleep are also included, ethnic factors were not selected.Further analysis and investigation should be carried out to verify the relationshipbetween growth and serum IGF-1, IGFBP-3level and verify the influencefactors of IGF-1, IGFBP-3level; measures should be taken based on the growthand development influence factors of Han, Zhuang, Yao students to promote thebalanced development of students’ physical fitness. |
