To Observe The Therapeutic Effect And Dynamics Of Different Types Of Functional Constipation Under Stimulation Of The Sacral Nerve

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of sacral nerve stimulation on functional constipation, assess the effects on bowel function from defecation dynamics after sacral nerve stimulation and analyze the possible mechanisms. Provide objective basis to sacral nerve stimulation for clinical treatment of different types of constipation.Methods:1.Select a definitive diagnosis of180cases of patients with functional constipation which contain60cases of colonic slow transit constipation,60cases of outlet obstruction constipation and60cases of mixed constipation,were divided into2groups by adopting digital method at random.2.Both groups were accepted the basic drug therapy. Treatment group at the basis of Forlax therapy combined with sacral nerve stimulation therapy, while the control group was given only Forlax oralonly. Treatment for20days is as a course of treatment.3.Observe the examination of the dynamic of colorectal respectively before and after treatment, and the symptom score and quality of life questionnaire (PAC-QOL) in constipation patients were as the main outcome ovservation indexes.After the treatment, curative effect of two groups were compared between groups.Results:1. The treatment group dynamics indexes were significantly reduced after treatment than before, with a significant difference compared with the control group (P<0.05).It showed that the curative effect of the treatment group is better than the comparative group.2.The constipation symptom scores between treatment group and control group were improved after the treatment(P<0.05).There are significant differences about constipation symptom scores between treatment group and control group(P<0.05).It showed that the curative effect of treatment group is better than control group.3.The PAC-QOL scores of the treatment group and control group were improved after treatment(P<0.05).There are significant differences about constipation symptom scores between treatment group and control group(P<0.05).It showed that the curative effect of the treatment group is better than control group.Conclusion:SNS is small trauma and has good curative effect on the treatment of functional constipation.It can significantly ameliorate patients’ symptoms, improve the patients’quality of life, improve the colorectal motility, coordination of pelvic floor muscle group movement and reduce defecation threshold.
