| Objective:Through investigating isolated rate and drug resistance of Haemophilus and BLNAR during2007to2012in the first Hospital of Lanzhou University hospital, and providing a resistance and nonsensitive analysis among BLNAR, BLPAR and other Haemophilus, which can provide evidences for etiology diagnosis and treatment on respiratory tract infections. Methods:Routine tests were used to isolate and identify Haemophilus. Antimicrobial agents susceptibility testing was performed by Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion method to detect10kinds of Antibotics, β-lactamase was detected by nitrocefin disk testing. To analysis six years popular trend and drug resistance changing, we made a comparison and Statistical analysis among BLNAR, other Haemophilus and BLPAR by SPSS Statistics19, whonet5.6.Results:A total of2440Haemophilus isolates were collected, mainly includeing Haemophilus influenzae and Haemophilus parainfluenzae. The isolate rates of Haemophilus during six years were increased then declined. In terms of the drug resistant of Haemophilus, except nonsusceptible rate of Haemophilus influenzae to azithromycin was reducing, compound sulfamethoxazole has been a high level resistant rate and the remained Haemophilus drug resistant or nonsusceptible rates were increased to some degrees. The positive rate of (3-lactamase producing curve was increased. A total of164BLNAR isolates were collected, including56Hi BLNAR and108Hp BLNAR. The annual number of detections and detection rate were increasing overall, resistant or nonsusceptible rates to Antimicrobial agents of BLNAR were higher than other Haemophilus. There were statistical significances at aztreonam cefuroxime between Hi BLNAR and other Hi, and the resistant rates or nonsusceptible rates of Hp BLNAR at Ampicillin/sulbactam cefuroxime, co-trimoxazole, ceftriaxone, Aztreonam meropenem were higher than other Hp. The nonsusceptible rates or resistant rates of Hi BLNAR to aztreonam, ampicillin/sulbactam were higher than BLPAR. The nonsusceptible rates or resistant rates of Hp BLNAR to aztreonam ampicillin/sulbactam ceftriaxone, co-trimoxazole, were higher than BLPAR. But the nonsusceptible rates of Hp BLNAR and Hi BLNAR to azithromycin were lower than Hp BLPAR and Hi BLPAR. There were not differences at cefuroxime, meropenem, Levofloxacin, chloramphenicol and so on.Conclusions:The isolate rates, the resistant or nonsusceptible rates of Haemophilus, the rate of β-lactamase producing are increasing. The resistant or nonsusceptible rates to ampicillin, sulfamethoxazole compound, aztreonam have been high, which were not suitable to experience drug using when Haemophilus infected. We can use ceftriaxone, meropenem, azithromycin when Haemophilus influenzae infected, while ceftriaxone, meropenem can be used as Haemophilus parainfluenzae infected. The annual detection numbers, detection rate of BLNAR were increaing. The nonsusceptible rates and resistant rates to the commonly used Antimicrobial agents of BLNAR were higher than other Haemophilus and BLPAR, the resistance mechanism need more researches... |
