To analyze the relationship of CXCR2and p-CREB with clinicopathological features of lung cancer.Results1. p-CREB positive expression was mainly located in nuclei, CXCR2mainly in cytoplasm and membrane.2. The positive expression rates of CXCR2and p-CREB were69.4%(34/49) and57.1%(28/49) in lung cancer tissue but15%(3/20) and10%(2/20) in lung benign lesions tissue (p<0.05).3. CXCR2expression and p-CREB expression were all postively related to TNM stage. The expression of CXCR2and p-CREB in â…¢+â…£ was significantly higher than that in â… +â…¡(P<0.05)。4. Tn lung cancer patients tissue, p-CREB expression in smokers was significantly higher than that in non-smokers (P<0.05), and in squamous cell carcinoma significantly higher than that in adenocarcinoma.5. The expression of p-CREB and CXCR2in poorly differentiated lung cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in well-moderately differentiated (P<0.05).6. The expression of CXCR2and p-CREB in lung cancer tissue was correlated (P<0.05).Conclusion1. The expression of CXCR2and p-CREB in lung cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in benign lung lesions, suggesting that the two may be involved in the development process of lung cancer.2. CXCR2expression and p-CREB expression in lung cancer tissue were all associated with tumor differentiation and tumor TNM stage. The higher degree of malignancy of lung cancer, the higher expression level of p-CREB and CXCR2. We hypothesized the expression level of both the two may be consistency with the risk degree of lung cancer.3. The expression of CXCR2and p-CREB in lung cancer tissue was positive correlated, indicating that CXCR2may upregulate the expression of p-CREB and jointly promote the occurrence of lung cancer. However, the interaction mechanism of CXCR2and p-CREB in the process of lung cancer remains to be further studied. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Lung neoplasm, CXCR2, p-CREB, CREB, Immunohistochemistry | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
