Object:Through the study on idiopathic facial nerve palsy (BP) riskanalysis of patient related factors, and provide basis for the prevention of BP.Method:Collected in January2009-August2013, the second hospital ofjilin university neurology outpatient service and hospital treatment, a total of160patients with BP, physical examination center, health physical examination,160cases as control group. To its medical history, past medical history, personalhistory, blood pressure, the head CT or MRI, blood lipid, blood glucose, generalmedicine signs and nervous system symptoms and so on are collected, with age, sex, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, catch cold, concha herpes, history ofsmoking, drinking the9as object, explore its correlation with the onset of BP. In21cases of BP, with non BP and exclude the ear disease as control group, theinner ear of temporal bone skull CT examination, multi planar reconstruction forimage reconstruction (MPR) and curved planar reconstruction (CPR). MeasureBP side, health side, the corresponding side of the BP side (referred to as thecontrol group in the article the corresponding side), the neural tube paragraphs(lost section and horizontal section, vertical section), the minimum diameter, paragraphs whether there is a crack, presence of inflammation in the paragraphsaround, to discuss the relationship between BP and facial nerve canaldevelopment. Statistical analysis using SAS data analysis package. Therelationship between the BP incidence with age using t test. The relationshipbetween BP with gender and with the factors may related to using2test. Therelationship between the factors may related to using Logistics regression. Therelationship between BP with the facial nerve canal paragraphs minimumdiameter using hypothesis testing (normality test, t test). BP with paragraphswhether there is a crack, the relationship between presence of inflammationaround paragraphs deficiency using2test. Display was statistically significant (P<0.05).Result:①Single factor analysis showed that catch cold catch cold, concha herpes, hyperlipidemia, history of drinking are associated with the onset of BP (P <0.05).②Multiple factor analysis, Logistics regression analysis showed that catchcold, concha herpes, hyperlipidemia were BP risk factors. Correlation as follows:catch cold>concha herpes>hyperlipidemia.③Hypothesis testing showed that BP side with facial nerve canal sectionsminimum diameter is less than the contralateral side. The corresponding side′slost and horizontal section of the facial nerve canal minimum diameter is nodifferent from the healthy, but the healthy side′s vertical section is larger.④Single factor analysis showed that the level of facial nerve canal segmentcrack, vertical segment crack, horizontal section around the inflammation isassociated with the onset of BP (P <0.05).⑤BP with recurrence rate was7.5%.Conclusion:Catch cold, concha herpes, hyperlipidemia were BP risk factors.Correlation as follows: catch cold>concha herpes>hyperlipidemia. Facial nervecanal lost minimum diameter, horizontal section minimum diameter, horizontalsection crack, vertical crack deficiency, horizontal section surroundinginflammation are associated with the onset of BP. BP incidence with age, gender, history of high blood pressure, smoking, drinking, the minimum diameter ofvertical section.
