The Clinical Efficacy Of Qijudihuang Decoction Combined Deposition And Fumigation On Dry Eye Caused By Anti-Glaucoma Eye Drops

Objective:Observing the clinical efficacy of Qijudihuang decoction combined deposition and fumigation on dry eye caused by Anti-glaucoma eye drops and searching for effective methods.Methods:Collection of60patients met the inclusion criteria, with a randomly divided into treatment group and control group (30cases). The treatment group uses Qijudihuang decoction combined with deposition and fumigation method, the control group only uses the treatment of Qijudihuang decoction. Before each treatment, the end of four weeks, four weeks after the end of treatment were observed and recorded symptom scores, FL, tear film break-up test (BUT), Schirmer test (SIt) index changes were statistically.Results:1. the index of the treatment groups symptom score、FL、BUT、SIt at the end of four weeks and before treatment is P<0.01, so the differences have strong statistical significance. the index of the control groups symptom score、FL、BUT、SIt at the end of four weeks and before treatment is P<0.01, so the differences have statistical significance. However the index of symptom score at the end of four weeks for two groups is P<0.01, the differences have statistical significance. The index of FL、BUT、SIt at the end of four weeks is P>0.05, so the differences have no statistical significance.2. the index of the treatment groups symptom score、FL、BUT、SIt at the end of four weeks and four weeks after the end of treatment is P>0.05, the differences have no statistical significance, the index of the control groups symptom score、FL、BUT、SIt at the end of four weeks and four weeks after the end of treatment is P<0.05, the differences have statistical significance. However the index of symptom score、FL、BUT、SIt for four weeks after the end of treatment for two groups is P<0.05, so the differences also have statistical significance.3. the total effective rate of experimental group and control group is96.7%and78.6%. Based on chi-square test, the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion:1. Qijudihuang decoction combined deposition and fumigation or Qijudihuang decoction are able to improve each observation index of dry eye caused by anti-glaucoma eye drops.2.Deposition and fumigation have more effective on improving symptoms and consolidating short-term efficacy.3. Compared to Qijudihuang decoction, Qijudihuang decoction combined deposition and fumigation have more effective on total effective rate.
