Objective:The rabbit right tibia fracture incomplete method to establish the models of fracture. The fracture healing in rabbits cytokines (TGF-β, NGF), osteocalcin biochemical indexes (BGP), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), Ca, P and rabbit fracture healing degree as index. Observation of the model group (model+right hind limb fracture sustained heating), control group(model, do not give heating) on healing of rabbit fracture treatment effect. Study of intelligent low voltage automatic temperature control worm conductive body fracture healing of rabbits, and provide theoretical and experimental basis for the clinical application and development.Methods:1. By using the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay of TGF-β and NGF level in the serum of change2. Changes in blood biochemical examination of BGP, ALP, Ca and P.3. X-ray observation of animal bone wound healing rate of growth and the degree of change of fracture healing.4. Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the bone healing of bone stump hematoma, fibrous tissue, cartilage and bone tissue changes.Results:1. Serum concentrations of the model group of immune cell factor TGF-beta and NGF value was lower than the control group and the control group significantly increased, and there is the time dependence.2. In the model group were compared with BGP, ALP, Ca and P concentrations in the control group and the control group obviously change, accelerate the healing of the fracture, the fracture healing period becomes shorter.3. X-ray observation of fracture healing in model group, the absorption of hematoma, granulation tissue formation, callus increased and finally formed similar to bone and bone mineral density than the control group to be fast.4. HE staining were observed under the light microscope in the model group, the healing time of bone trabecular cells in vascular changes than the control group had significant change.Conclusion1. Warm intelligent low voltage automatic temperature control electric conductors have significantly accelerated healing of fracture in rabbits.2. Model group of TGF-β, NGF change is superior to the control group, regulating the formation of osteoblasts and significant improvement on fracture.3. Group of blood biochemical index model (BGP, ALP, Ca and P) had a significant change compared with the control group to accelerate fracture healing.4. In model group, X-ray, HE staining showed that the healing rate of fracture was better than the control group, accelerate the healing of fracture, and fracture morphology is similar to normal bone tissue.
