The Intervention Research Of Tongmai Granules To Interleukin-18in Patients With Unstable Angina With Qi-deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:Through the clinical observation of Tongmai curative effect on the unstable angina (Qi-deficiency and blood stasis) patients, and its effect on serum IL-18to explore the action mechanism of treatment about unstable angina (Qi-deficiency and blood stasis).Methods:According to the inclusion criteria of cases collected60patients with unstable angina(Qi-deficiency and blood stasis).These60patients were randomly divided into a western medicine group (30patients in control group) and a Tongmai particles+WM group (30patients in experimental group). Patients in control group were treated by the principle of western medicine therapy for secondary prevention of coronary heart disease (According to the Chinese Medical Society of Cardiology and the guideline of treatment of the unstable angina and non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, which was promulgated in2007by the editorial board of Journal of Cardiology. And also according to the principle of anti-platelet aggregation, anticoagulation, lipid, anti-angina, crown expansion), the patients in experimental group were treated with Tongmai particle and Western medicine. The patients with diabetes, hypertension and other diseases were treated by western medicine and take0.5mg nitroglycerin in sublingual when angina attack. The therapy of these two group last for4weeks. Then, angina clinical efficacy, electrocardiogram and serum IL-18changes were observed before and after treatment in both groups, adverse reactions of patients were also recorded. Finally, statistical analyze all the final results of these described above.Results:1.Before treatment, the serum levels of IL-18had no statistically significant difference test (P>0.05), between the two groups were comparable; After4weeks treatment, the serum IL-18levels of both groups significantly reduced when compared with them before treatment, which means have statistically significant (P<0.01); after4weeks of treatment, serum IL-18levels are different between the two groups (P<0.05), this difference was statistically significant statistical analysis, the experimental group were better than the control group.2. After treatment, the total effective rate was83.33%in the control group was76.67%, on examination, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); The amount of nitroglycerin were significantly lower than before treatment, the amount of nitric acid glycerol statistical test statistically significant difference (P<0.05);electrocardiogram clinical efficacy trial group, the total effective rate was76.67%,63.33%in the control group, the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05) by the test.Conclusion:1. Tongmai particles are effectively reduce the serum IL-18levels in patients with unstable angina pectoris.2. Tongmai particles can relieve the angina symptoms in patients with unstable angina, reduce the amount of nitroglycerin, improve the ischemic ECG changes and have the effect of anti-myocardial ischemia.
