Qing Hua Yin Effects On Chronic Gastritis With Spleen-stomach Damp-heat Syndrome Gastric Mucosa Protein

Aim:l.to observe the clinical effect in chronic gastritis with Spleen-stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome after drink Qing Hua Yin.2.To establish the two dimensional eletrophoresis(2-DE) expression maps of total protein in the normal persons group and before Qing Hua Yin treatment group and after Qing Hua Yin treatment group.To find out the different expression proteins of chronic gastritis with Spleen-stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome and the different expression proteins of Qing Hua Yin treated.Lay a foundation for further identification the different expression proteins.To provide further theoretical basis for the pathogenesis of chronic gastritis with Spleen-stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome and the mechanisms of Qing Hua Yin for treating chronic gastritis with Spleen-stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome.Methods:1.thirty chronic gastritis with Spleen-stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome patients are treated with Qing Hua Yin and observe clinical curative effect after1month.2.The total gastric mucous membrane protein of the thirty normal persons and thirty Patients with chronic gastritis with Spleen-stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome before and after treatment with Qin Hua Yin were isolated by using2-DE.dyeid by Kao Ma Si ling and scaned by GS710scanner.different expression proteins were obtained by PDQuest8.0.Results:1.TCM syndrome effectthe cure rate was3.33%,the significant effective rate was33.33%,the effective rate was60%, total effective rate was96.66%.2. Microscopic effect:the cure rate was10%,the significant effective rate was30%,the effective rate was53.33%, total effective rate was93.33%.3. Pathological effect:the cure rate was0%,the significant effective rate was26.67%,the effective rate was53.33%, total effective rate was80%.4.The protein expression:(1).The average spots are510±22in healty group,527±49in the before Qing Hua Yin treatment group and526±30in the after Qing Hua Yin treatment group.(2).Compared with healty group, before Qing Hua Yin treatment group has91differentially expressed proteins point, which59proteins up-regulated and32proteins down-regulated.(3).Compared with before Qing Hua Yin treatment group, after Qing Hua Yin treatment group has98differentially expressed proteins point, which50proteins up-regulated and48proteins down-regulated.5.Adverse reactions:There were no obvious side effects during the treatment.Conclusion1.The curative effect of Qing Hua Yin treat chronic gastritis with Spleen-stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome is obvious.2.Initially built the two dimensional eletrophoresis(2-DE) expression maps of total protein in the normal persons group and before Qing Hua Yin treatment group and after Qing Hua Yin treatment group.Find out the different expression proteins of chronic gastritis with Spleen-stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome and the different expression proteins of Qing Hua Yin treated.Lay a foundation for further identification the different expression proteins.3.
