Objective To observe the clinical and pathological characteristics of gastric mucosaintraepithelial neoplasia, and point out the precautions of intraepithelial neoplasia in clinicalwork,so as to elevate the detection rate of gastric mucosa precancerous lesions. Methods Retrospective analysis was detected in our digestive endoscopy center of294patients with gastric IN confirmed by biopsy since2011.01to2012.12.294patients withgastric IN confirmed by biopsy in our digestive endoscopy center during2011.01to2012.12were include in retrospective analysis, Analysised the the clinical characteristicsand endoscopic performance of the294patients that contain170LGIN cases and124HGIN cases. Results (1)There was were differences in gender, location, clinical symptoms andlesion morphology of LGIN patients at different ages, P <0.05;and significantdifferences in pathological grade of LGIN patients at different ages,P <0.05;the rate ofLGIN patients with atrophic gastritis,Intestinal metaplasia and Hp infection respectivelyare34.7%、60.6%and64.71%,there were differences at different ages,P <0.05;thecanceration and gender, age, lesion location, HP infection and associated with concomitantatrophy are relevant. the canceration of LGIN patients was related to gender, age, lesionlocation, HP infection and concomitant atrophy (2)There were differences in gender, location, clinical symptoms and lesion morphology of HGIN patients at different ages, P<0.05.(3)There were differences in gender, location, and lesion morphology of LGIN andHGIN,P <0.05.Conclusion There were differences in gender, location, clinical symptoms and lesionmorphology of HGIN at different ages; the rates of LGIN patients with atrophicgastritis,Intestinal metaplasia and Hp infection are different at different ages;thecanceration and gender, age, lesion location, HP infection and associated with concomitantatrophy are relevant the canceration of LGIN patients was related to gender, age, lesionlocation, HP infection and concomitant atrophy. It is beneficial for the early detection ofgastric intraepithelial neoplasiaand and gastric cancer by the follow-up with laparoscopy and pathology, the combination of follow-up laparoscopy and pathology is beneficial forthe early detection of gastric intraepithelial neoplasiaand and gastric cancer,so cliniciansshould enhance the ability to judge the endoscopic lesions and improve the pathologicalexamination rate of gastric mucosa.
