Study On Hospital Logistics Performance Management System

With the rapid development of China’s logistics industry and the further deepening of public hospitals reform, hospital logistics gradually become the focus attention of hospital management. Hospital logistics involves almost every medical and administrative activity of every staff in every department in the hospital. Under the guidance of modern logistics management theory, how to carry on the hospital logistics performance management is one of the important problems in hospital management. Scientific and reasonable performance management system is one important way to reduce the cost of hospital logistics operations, to innovative hospital logistics management mode, to alleviate the "difficult and expensive" problem. Therefore, exploration and research the hospital logistics performance management system is a great theoretical and practical significance.This paper firstly analyses the internal and external environment of public hospital in our country, points out that the reform of public hospitals will pay more attention to the internal management level. Facing the healthcare industry trends and internal operational management requirements, reduce operational costs become one of the priorities of hospital management, and reduce hospital logistics costs is a top priority. Therefore, building a hospital logistics performance management system for the target to reduce logistics costs is an important role in reduce logistics costs. In this study, mainly from the following four aspects:1. Summarize the concept, classification, characteristics, content, and business logistics ties and differences of hospital logistics and management. Statistical and analysis the data of questionnaire, reveals the main problems existing. Therefore, this paper take the lack of hospital logistics performance management system which is one of the problems as the research object, and have a in-depth research and analysis.2. Summarize the contents, characteristics and performance management model of hospital logistics performance, elaborated hospital logistics performance characteristics.3. Based on summarizing the content of hospital logistics performance management system, comparison and analysis the selected methods and weight determination method of evaluation index. Taking "adhere to the public welfare, enhance the level of hospital medical technology, shaping the core competitiveness" as the goal of hospital development strategy, and" reduce logistics cost, improve hospital logistics operation efficiency" as the development goals of hospital logistics, drawing the hospital logistics strategy map, decomposing the hospital logistics performance management objectives. Then, construction a hospital logistics performance management system based on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), selection of evaluation index by literature review and expert consultation method, using AHP-entropy method to determine weights of evaluation index.4. An example of Deyang hospitals, based on the analysis of the basic situation, performance management current situation, hospital logistics current situation of Deyang hospital, analysis the feasibility of Deyang hospital introduces the hospital logistics performance management system based on Balanced Scorecard, and then analysis and summary the the objectives and implementation way of logistics performance management system in Deyang hospital. According to the hospital logistics performance evaluation index system in the fourth chapter, through the design of questionnaire, using AHP-entropy weight method to calculate the index weight. Finally, combined with the actual situation in Deyang hospital, put forward suggestion for the the system implementation in Deyang hospital.This study hopes to provide a theoretical reference for the development of hospital logistics performance management, and provide guidance for the practical application of hospital logistics performance management.
