Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics, imaging features, biological haracteristics, reatment and prognosis of solid-pseudopapillarytumor of pancreas (SPT).Method: Retrospectively reviewed and analyzed clinical andpathological data of42cases of SPT to summarize the features ofimaging, clinic, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.1Reviewing patient records, postoperative pathology confirmed forpancreas solid false papillary adenoma and malignant pancreatic solidpapilloma were counted in statistical standards, Excepting the caseswhich did not receive surgery and other tumors.2Summarizes the general data, laboratory examination, imagingfindings, treatment and postoperative pathological results, etc.,summarized the characteristics of proportion of male and female patientswith gender, age distribution, respectively, devided cases by patients’gender, age, benign and malignant tumor, clinical manifestations, tumorand tumor ingredients such as diameter and length of hospital stay intoseveral groups, and analyze related factors.3To use telephone follow-up and outpatient follow-up, outpatientfollow-up reviewed by abdominal B ultrasonic and abdominal CT.Result:1Among42SPT patients, male-to-female ratio about1:4.25, themean age of women was23.74±11.3years, much younger than the man(43.50±6.72), the median diameter of the lesions was5cm.2The clinical manifestations are non-specific, relevant laboratoryexamination and tumor markers generally within the normal range, preoperative imaging (CT, MRI) SPT was diagnosed in35cases, the diagnosis rate was83.33%. Imaging for determining tumor size, location, and select the surrounding tissue and surgical relationship has importantsignificance.Diagnosed based on pathological findings, the structure is animportant feature Pseudopapillary.3All of patients renceived surgery.10patients presented withpostoperative complications, and the rate of complication was23.8%. Themost common complication was pancreatic fistula.4No perioperative death in our patients.one patient with multiplemetastases12months after surgry, other patients survive without tumor.Conclusion:1Pancreas solid false papilloma is a kind of potential low-grademalignant tumor, appear mostly at young female, which have obviouscharacteristics of age and gender. The tumor is a single, pouch or solidtumor. SPT has no relevant specific laboratory examination, tumormarkers are almost within the normal range, the main preoperativediagnostic standard is CT, MRI.2Primary choice fortreatment is surgical resection, accompanied bymetastasis is not an operation contraindication, feasible to reduce tumorsurgery. There was no evidence-based medical evidence about curativeeffect of chemotherapy.3Final diagnosis mainly depend on the postoperative pathologicaltest.coated incomplete, local invasive tumor showed the malignanttendency, immunohistochemical exist a variety of tumor phenotype.4Surgery for SPT has a good prognosis, long survival duration. |
