Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Quadricornbination Conservative Therapy In The Treatment Of Stable Thoracolumbar Compression Fractures

Objective: Evaluating the effects of quadri-combination therapy(pelvis traction-airbag board-back muscles exercise-inflatable fixed traction bracket) treating stable thoracolumba compression fracture,and providing the basis for effective method in clinical treatment.Methods:From march2011to march2012,60patients of thoracolumbar compression fracture were included by teaching hospita.All patients (4droped) were randomly divided into two groups.The group A was the treatment group and the group B was the contral group.The group A took "pelvis traction-airbag board-back muscles exercise-inflatable fixed traction bracket" way and the group B took locomotion ways(pelvis traction-waist pillow-back muscles exercise-Ordinary waist protector).Vertebral anterior edge heigh、 Sagittal Cobb Angle、 VAS scales of LBP and other datas were recorded before treatment and3weeks、6weeks、3monthes、1year of posttreatment,and datas were analysed.Results: All patients after treatment had been a certain degree of improvement. There were significant differences in the vertebral anterior edge heigh and Sagittal Cobb Angles between the two groups after treatment for3weeks and6weeks.There were no significant differences in VAS scales between the two groups after treatment for3weeks and6weeks.There were significant differences in the vertebral anterior edge heigh、 Sagittal Cobb Angles and VAS scales between the two groups after treatment for three months.There were significant differences in the vertebral anterior edge heigh、 Sagittal Cobb Angles and VAS scales after treatment for one year.There were significant differences in the excellent rates and excellent rates between the two groups afterl yearConclusion:The quadri-combination therapy is an effective method in treatment of thoracolumbar compression fractures.It is better than traditional method on reduction effect,andalso can effectively prevent vertebral height loss and protruding after spinal deformity increased again.It is worth to clinical application.
