Clinical Research On Effect Of Yishen Jianpi Decoction Upon PCOS Patients With IVF-ET

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Jianpi decoction upon PCOS patients with IVF-ET,in order to find more effective clinical support for Traditional Chinese Medicine in curing PCOS patients,to explore more safe,effective and resonable treatments for PCOS.Materials and Methods The research, proceeding on the Gynecology and Obstetrics department of the first affiliated hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,has employed a Randomized, parallel-group method, from February1,2013to September1,2013.60cases of PCOS patients who will enter the Long Program of IVF-ET cycle in Reproductive Center, in this study,we only provided traditional Chinese medicine,the research data was from the first-hand feedback information that provided by patients.The cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.All patients used Long Program of IVF-ET,The treatment group took Yishen Jianpi decoction when using Gn,consecutively8days,whereas the control group just used Gn,counted the number of oocytes,fertilization rate and embryo quality rate of both groups,Following-up if Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome was accompanied,whether clinical pregnancy and early abortion has occurred,and observed if adverse drug reactions existed. Results Before the IVF-ET cycle, no significant difference was found between the two groups on the comparison of endocrine levels on the third day in natural menstrual cycle,clinical symptoms(P>0.05),which was comparable;Compared with the Clinical symptom score before IVF-ET cycle,it had a significant difference after cycle among treatment group(P<0.01),indicating that method of the treatment group can improving the clinical symptoms;the difference between two groups on comparison of Clinical symptom score was Significant (P<0.01), indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group on improving the clinical symptoms.The comparison on ovarian response between two groups:no significant difference was found between the two groups on the comparison of the number of oocytes and transplants (P>0.05),indicating that the method of the treatment group had no significant effect on the number of oocytes and transplants in the cycle;The difference between the two groups on the comparison of fertilization rate was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the comparison of high quality embryo rate had significant difference(P<0.01), indicating that the treatment group can increase the cycle fertilization rate, and can significantly improve the quality embryo rate compared with the control group;The comparison of OHSS incidence between the two groups indicated that the difference was not significant.The comparison of embryo transfer pregnancy outcome between the two groups:two group cycles of biochemical pregnancy rate difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),clinical pregnancy rate difference between the two groups was statistically significant period (P<0.05), There was no significant difference in the Abortion rate between two groups (P>0.05),indicating that the method of treatment group can improve biochemical pregnancy and clinical pregnancy rate compared with the control group, but the effect on improving Abortion rate was not significant.Conclusion Yishen Jianpi Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of kidney deficiency infertility;Yishen Jianpi Decoction assisted IVF-ET treat PCOS,intervention from Promotion schedule,by improving ovum quality and endometrial receptivity, can effectively improve the fertilization rate, high quality of embryo rate, biochemical pregnancy and clinical pregnancy rate.
