Objective: To explore Advances of Stereotactic body radiotherapy in thetreatment of early non-small cell lung cancerMethods: The latest domestic and foreign literature was summarized andanalysised comprehensively.Results: Lung cancer is the most common human malignancies,whichaccounts for about three-quarters of non-small cell lung cancer,but the early part ofnon-small cell lung cancer patients with severe medical illness due to not toleratesurgery or the patient refused surgery,Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy is a newradiotherapy techniques developed over the past decade,Is an important means oflung cancer patients treated with inoperable,In the domestic launch of the technologywill provide a safe and effective treatment options.Conclusion: SBRT treatment of early part of non-small cell lung cancercompared with surgery alone or conventional radiotherapy treatment has obviousadvantages in terms of outcome and prognosis,patients can tolerate the toxicity andhave the exact effect. In the future,SBRT will become standardized regimen of earlynon-small cell lung cancer.
