Objective To explore the correlation between coronary heart disease (CHD) and high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin10(IL-10) and interleukin18(IL-18),and the changes before and after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). To research influence of PCI on them..Methods The data were collected from the people in hospital because of thpracalgia and short breath, who admitted to our center of cardiology for coronary angiography (CAG) from the year July2012to December2012.100patients(male42,female30),aging37to78(average57.80±10.41). Over the same period28patients with normal CAG results was the normal control group (male16,female12), average aging57.80±10.41. The CHD group was further divided into stable angina pectoris (SAP, n=27)、unstable angina pectoris(UAP, n=25) and acute myocardial infarction(AMI, n=;20) group by the characteristic of chest pain.The plasma hs-CRP were detemined by Particle Enhanced Immune turbid metric Assay, IL-10、IL-18were detemined by ELISA. Analyse the relationships of these factors and the extent of coronary stenosis, and the influence of PCI on them.Results (1) The levels of hs-CRP in patients with CHD were significantly higer than the ones with normal CAG results (2.67mg/Lvs,0.84mg/L,P<0.001).There was no significantly difference between patients with CHD and the ones with normal CAG results in CHD risk factors such as age, sex, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, smoking history, body mass index (BMI), high cholesterol(P>0.05).(2) Compared with preoperative, the level of serum hs-CRP in patients with CHD after PCI was significantly increased(P<0.001).(3) Compared with preoperative, the level of IL-10、IL-18in patients with CHD after PCI was significantly increased(P<0.001).Conclusion1. Hs-CRP is closely related to CHD,and it could be the independent predictors of CHD.2. PCI caused the imbalance of inflammatory cytokines and anti-inflammatory cytokines. So it provide the basis for the therapy of anti-inflammatory after PCI.
