In modern life, as the quality of people’s life is improving and the pace of people’s life isspeeding up, vascular disease has gradually become an important cause of affected people’shealth and death. In the process of vascular disease diagnosis, Because of thevascular-destructive and non-invasive testing requirements, Medical ultrasound imagingtechnology has become the main form of vascular disease detection, the blood flow in thebody and the distribution of blood vessels provided vital information for the diagnosis ofvascular disease. Therefore, medical ultrasound imaging in vascular disease diagnosticapplications is important.Vascular ultrasound phased array imaging technology is a high efficiency and highprecision vascular disease diagnosis,it has good imaging results on the vascular structure.Based on the depth understanding of ultrasonic detection technology and principle, this thesisanalyzes the ultrasonic phased array inspection technology principles and methods. Besides,this thesis research on the technique of vascular imaging based on broadband phased arrayultrasound and the speckle noise suppression algorithm on bloodstream ultrasound images.The last part of this thesis designs a pulsed Doppler flow imaging system, and does thesimulation experiment of Doppler ultrasound velocity detection and ultrasound phased arrayangiography on the MATLAB platform. This thesis also suppresses the speckle noise inultrasound image by using different filtering algorithms. The main research work of this thesisis as follows:(1)This thesis researches on vascular ultrasound phased array imaging technology. Byusing ultrasound phased array technology, the ultrasound imaging system can performdynamic focusing and detect target in the case of without move or slightly move the ultrasonicprobe. This technology improves the detection sensitivity of vascular ultrasound, signal tonoise ratio and imaging resolution. It meets the high precision requirements of vascularultrasound imaging.(2)This thesis researches on the key technologies of Vascular Imaging Based on Broadband Phased Array Ultrasound, Both ultrasonic phased array Doppler blood velocitydetection and ultrasonic phased array angiography principle are analyzed theoretically in thisthesis. Besides, this thesis proposes an adaptive frequency selection method of broadbandultrasound angiography ultrasound signal.(3)On the basis of ultrasound angiography, this thesis suppresses the speckle noise inultrasound image by using spatial filtering algorithms. That will further improve the imageresolution ultrasound angiography.(4)This thesis designs a pulsed Doppler blood flow imaging system solutions, and thestructure and workflow of the system. This thesis does the simulation experiment of Dopplerultrasound velocity detection and ultrasound phased array angiography on the MATLABplatform with the toolkit named Field II. This thesis also suppresses the speckle noise inultrasound image by using different filtering algorithms in the simulation experiment. Thatdemonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed solutions and the theory.The simulation results show that the theory of Vascular Imaging Based on BroadbandPhased Array Ultrasound has a good detection results. This thesis provides a theoreticalreference and application basis for the actual vascular diagnostic with ultrasound.
