| Cervical cancer is a common gynecological malignancies, which is so harmful to the health of women. And now the main therapies is surgical treatment and chemotherapy, but local recurrence and metastasis seriously affect the efficacy of clinical treatment, impact the quality of life of patients. Lymph node metastasis not only lead to the clinical stage laging, but also restrict the therapies. Without radical trerapy, the tumor is easy to reappear. Therefore, in-depth study of the molecular mechanisms of lymph node metastasis has important social and practical significance. This study on those selected lymphatic homing receptors and related factors L-selectin, CD44, a6(31, various indicators in cervical carcinoma detected by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical methods primary tumor, lymph node metastasis, vascular tumor thrombus, etc. the expression, clinical pathology parameters determine analysis of the relationship of these factors and cervical carcinoma lymph node metastasis, and clinical predictors of cervical carcinoma metastasis and comprehensive treatment to provide theoretical guidance.Paraffin blocks of the trials through the collection of Hebei North University Department of Pathology, the First Affiliated Hospital surgical removal of cervical carcinoma tissue specimens of104cases. In situ hybridization detected L-selectinmRNA, CD44mRNA, α6β1mRNA in cervical carcinoma primary tumor, lymph node metastasis, and vascular invasion at all there is a positive expression while testing found that L-selectin mRNA in poorly differentiated carcinoma, myometrial invasion over within a1/2, there is a lymph node metastasis, vascular tumor thrombus in the presence of high expression; CD44mRNA within in the infiltration of more than1/2, tumor size greater than3cm, the presence of lymph node metastasis, high expression; α6β1mRNA poorly differentiated carcinoma lymph node metastasis, vascular tumor thrombus, tumor volume greater than3cm group were highly expressed, the difference was statistically significant; the L-selectinmRNA CD44mRNA well as L-selectinmRNA, α6β1mRNA expression significantly correlated; CD44mRNA there is no significant correlation between the α6β1mRNA expression. Immunohistochemical results showed that:the original foci in cervical carcinoma, lymph node metastasis, and vascular invasion at all L-selectin, CD44, α6β1positive expression, and there were significantly correlated between L-selectin expression levels and histological type, lymph node metastasis, vascular tumor thrombus pathological parameters; CD44expression level and depth of tumor invasion, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, pathological parameters were significantly correlated; α6β1with clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, vascular tumor thrombus, tumor significant correlation between the volume; L-selectin, CD44, and L-selectin, α6β1expression significantly correlated; there is no significant correlation between the expression of CD44, α6β1. Cervical carcinoma, the primary tumor in the L-selectin, CD44gene and protein expression was significantly higher, and lymph node metastases significantly lower; opposite α6β1highly expressed gene and protein in lymph node metastases. In this study, get the following results:1. The high expression of L-selectin mRNA, CD44mRNA, α6β1mRNA may promote lymph node metastasis in cervical cancer tissue cells.2. L-selectin, CD44,α6β1may promote development and lymph node metastasis in cervical cancer.3. The expression of L-selectin, CD44, α6β1gene and protein may play synergistic effect to the development of cervical cancer. |
