| Objective To investigate the characteristics of lipid metabolism and itsrelationship with prealbumin,and find out these two factors,significations inevaluate nutritional status in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients。Methods The90MHD patients were researched.Detection indicators: serumtriglyceride(TG),totle cholesteml(TC),high density hpoprotein(HDL-c),lowdensity lipoprotein(LDL-c), apolipoprotein AI (Apo-AI)〠very low densitylipoprotein (VLDL-c),, apolipoprotein B(Apo-B), and albumin(Alb),prealbunin (PA), C-reactive protein(CRP).(1)Baised on the level of PA,the90patients were divided to2groups:group A(PA≥300mg/L)and B.(PA<300mg/L)Compared the differences of lipid metabolism between twogroups.(2) Analysised the correlation of PA and various indicators of lipid metabolism.(3)Compared the morbidity of cardiovascular and cerebrovasculardiseases in group A and B. Result (1) Compared to the control group, thelevels of TCã€HDL-c were decreased significantl(p<0.05) in the group A andB,while the levels of TGã€TCã€LDL-cã€VLDL-cã€Apo-AI and Apo-B in the groupB were decreased significantl than the group A.(p<0.05).(2) The levels of PAwas positively correlated to the levels of TG(ï½’=0.253,P=0.016)ã€TC(r=0.392,P=0.000)ã€HDL-C(r=0.226,P=0.033)ã€LDL-C(r=0.343,P=0.001)ã€VLDL-C(r=0.377,P=0.000)ã€ApoAI(r=0.368,P=0.000)ã€ApoB(r=0.344,P=0.001)(p<0.05),while negatively correlated to the levels of the levelCRP (r=-0.297, P<0.01).(3) The morbidity of cardiovascular andcerebrovascular diseases in group B was higher than the group A(X2=6.156,P=0.023).Conclusion There were lipid metabolism in MHD, thelevels of PA was positively correlated to the levels of lipid;it would be moredanger to occur the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The low levelsof TC and PA were the poor prognosis indicators. |
