| The health system reform in China began in the80’s of last century, generationsof health people, to the whole of China, and even people around the world dreamunremitting efforts, even during the thorns, bumpy road, but still they try to find outsome suitable to China. The reform methods, like new the rural cooperative medicalcare, rural doctors, the township health centers,"the old ways", the benefit of billionsof people, the medical system. Although from2009April, the CPC Central Committeeand State Council "on the deepening medical and health system reform opinions"(in2009)(No.6) documents published since, as of2012May, according to incompletestatistics, the ministries issued a "new medical reform" aspects of supportingdocuments, implementation plan and guidance. The file is up to69. But, about thepublic finance investment, the compensation mechanism construction content accountsfor the length of less than1/10.
