Surgery of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in ancient China, the sum of the main scope of treatment for the body disease, including surface ulcers, chronic ulcer, the ulcers category of traditional Chinese medicine. SHENG JI YU HONG Collagen for the treatment of chronic skin wounds can accelerate wound microcirculation, while at the same time can reduce ischemic ulcer limb edema formation and improve a week skin properties.Purpose:By looking at the biological effects of angiogenesis and wound microcirculation, graduate student SHENG JI YU HONG Collagen for chronic wound healing effect and mechanism.Methods:This study is divided into two parts. The first part is the experimental research, the chicken embryo model, the experimental points in blank group, control group (collagen), low concentration SHENG JI YU HONG collagen group (respectively born muscle jade red cream extract with0.8,1.6,3.2mg/ml in the collagen), groups of collagen membrane implant7day age CAM removed7days after hatching, observe the chicken embryos survival, blood vessel growth, collagen degradation, etc., measuring CAM around implant collagen within the capillary number and hemoglobin to make collagen and collagen tissues inside the total DNA content. The second part is clinical study, cases come from the general surgery ward of Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM, in which the experimental group used SHENG JI YU HONG collagen dressings20cases,20cases, control group Vaseline gauze was SHENG JI YU HONG paste of20patients with gauze visits when taking pictures, use imageJ software measure1,3,7,11,14times visit the wound area, measure the healing rate; Reference to lower limb ulcer again watch list (LUMT) related to score in each stage of observation and indications.Results:1. Chicken embryos experiment:Within each experimental group CAM blood vessels around the spokes shaped the growth of collagen, the collagen package rate and degradation rate were the highest in the experimental group2, group2CAM around implant collagen microvascular count and hemoglobin content and collagen within the total amount of DNA were higher than control group and other group, with significant difference (P<0.01). 2. Clinical trials:Group experimental group SHENG JI YU HONG paste wound healing rate, healing, each observation indications were higher than the control group, the results have statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:SHENG JI YU HONG Collagen can not only promote angiogenesis, at the same time, improve microcirculation, enhance wound nutrition supply, promote the growth of granulation, and increase the rate of wound healing.
