The Clinical Research About The Immune Function Of Uterine Myoma Patients With The Treatment Of Jia Jian-ping Ji Decoctions

Purpose:To observe the expression of serum IL-2R、IL-6and IL-8in uterine myoma patients; To Evaluate the clinical curative effects and the effects on the uterine myoma patients’immune function by using the Jia jian-ping ji Decoctionon; To explore the correlation between the occurrence and development of uterine fibroids with the expression of serum IL-2R、IL-6and IL-8in uterine myoma patients; to explore the characteristic and advantage of Jia jian-ping ji Decoctionon in the treatment of uterine fibroids, provide some references for traditional Chinese medicine and drug research in prevention and treatment in uterine fibroids.Methods:Sixty cases of uterine leiomyoma patients who were selected according todiagnostic criterionare were randomly divided into the treatment group(30cases) and control group(30cases).Treatment groups were treated by Jia jian-ping ji Decoctionon.Control groups were treated by capsules GuizhiFulin. Non-menstrual period taking medicine.A whole medication course last3menstrual cycles.Observe the changement Of TCM syndrome and signs score and the expression of serum IL-2R、IL-6、IL-8before and after the treatment, SPSS software is used for analysis them.Results:1.The changement of the TCM syndrome:The treatment group and control group all could ameliorate the clinical symptoms of patients with myoma, the two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome score were reduce, and the treatment group is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. The changement of the Uterine size, Hysteromyoma size and the Hysteromyoma scores:The Uterine size、 Hysteromyoma size and the Hysteromyoma scores of both groups after treatment showed unsignificant differences(P>0.05), the Uterine size and Hysteromyoma size of both groups before and after treatment showed statistically differences(P<0.05), Hysteromyoma scores of treatment group before and after treatment showed statistically differences(P<0.05), Hysteromyoma scores of control group before and after treatment showed unsignificant differences(P>0.05).Combined with average, the treatment group’s effect is better than that of the control group.3. The change of Serum levels of IL-2R、IL-6and IL-8:The values of serum IL-2R and IL-8of the two groups before treatment most towarded high value, some were higher than the normal range, The values of IL-6in the normal range basicly.The values of IL-2R and IL-6, IL-8in both group before and after treatment were statistically significally differences. The levels of IL-2R of two groups after treatment had decreased, but the treatment group reduced obviously, showed statistically differences (P=0.04<0.05). The levels of IL-6of two groups after treatment showed statistically differences(P=0.001<0.05). The levels of IL-8of two groups after treatment were lower, showed statistically differences (P=0.013<0.05), and the mean value of the treatment group was obviously lower than the control group,so the effect of the treatment group is better than the control group.4. The comparison of curative effect:The total effective rate of the treatment group in ameliorating the TCM syndrome was76.7%,while the control group was36.7%.The total effective rate of the treatment group in minifing the Hysteromyoma size was30%, while the control group was13.3%. The comprehensive total effective rate of the treatment group was80%, while the control group was43.3%.The two groups’ comprehensive total effective rate showed significant differenccs(P<0.05). The comparison of curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Jia jian-ping ji Decoctionon could obviously ameliorate the clinical symptoms of patients with myoma,the effect in minifing the Hysteromyoma size was better than the patients treated by capsules GuizhiFulin. The comparison of curative effect was remarkable. It can not only enhance patients immunity but also reduce chronic inflammation and change the microenvironment of the fibroids by using Jia jian-ping ji Decoctionon,Jia jian-ping ji Decoctionon can reinforce the healthy qi, combine with the methods such as removing stasis and clearing heat and promoting diuresis,which can inhibit and delay the development of the myoma and improve the body’s immune status.It is the ideal choice of the conservative treatment of myoma,provide a new way for traditional Chinese medicine cure the myoma.
