The Design And Implementation Of The Drug Warehouse Temperature And Humidity SMS Alarm System Based On MCU

The drug storage and quality is related to people’s life safety, however the temperature and humidity of the pharmaceutical warehouse is vital to the drug quality and efficacy. According to the State Food and Drug Administration’s requirements, all enterprises must set real-time monitoring system of temperature or humidity in the warehouse, by the automatic monitoring and data collection of the environmental temperature and humidity, adopt24hours of continuous automatic monitoring and real-time recording to the warehouse.This paper puts forward a kind of message alarm design conforms to the national standard of pharmacy or drug warehouse temperature and humidity monitoring, the program based on STC89C52single chip microcomputer as control core, realizes the temperature and humidity data acquisition through high precision temperature and humidity sensor, connected with the GSM module by serial port, and then realize the message transmission of control information through the public network.This paper firstly introduces the structure and working principle of the system, and puts forward the system performance requirements, on this basis, elaborates the design scheme of the system hardware and software implementation in detail, and has solved the technical issues of system realization, such as power design, message transmission, serial communication and information display and so on. Finally, the test results of the system are given. The test experiments show that, the system can complete the temperature and humidity detection automatically, and then threshold alarm, besides, it also has many features like simple and convenient installation, stable and reliable, easy maintenance and so on, the system operation can guarantee the drug storage environment of the pharmacy meet the requirements, so as to ensure the quality of drugs.
