Objective: To investigate the peripheral blood of patients with hepatocellularcarcinoma (HCC) SUMO-1mRNA expression of AFP mRNA in HCC diagnosis,clinical stage, the relationship between the hepatic artery chemoembolization(transcatheter arterial chemoembolization, TACE).Method: normal control group, using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(RT-PCR) semi-quantitative detection of20cases healthy people,12males and8females, average age38.3years. Experimental group semi-quantitative applicationof real-time quantitative PCR (RT-PCR) detection of the HCC42cases,30malesand12females, mean age45.2years; were confirmed by imaging or pathology, allobserved objects are radioimmunoassay detection the concentration of serum AFP.Results: HCC patients peripheral blood SUMO-1mRNA expression levels ofAFP mRNA in the control group,5.35±0.07-fold (t=199.582, p=0.000),3.05±0.04times (t=131.909, p=0.000), the difference between the twostatisticallysignificant (p <0.05). III-IV in patients with peripheral blood AFP mRNA, TheSumo mRNA expression is stage â… -â…¡3.42±0.04times (t=46.357, p=0.00),4.05±0.07times (t=74.913, p=0.000). Portal vein tumor thrombus in patientswith AFP mRNA, the amount of sumo mRNA expression is tumor thrombus inpatients with8.96±0.05times (t=296.068, p=0.000),9.20±0.09times (t=131.851, p=0.000). Extrahepatic metastasis in patients with AFP mRNA the SumomRNA expression is no metastasis of6.25±0.06times (t=123.63, p=0.000),7.02±0.08times (t=110.241, p=0.000). Hepatic artery chemoembolization JanuaryHCC patients peripheral blood SUMO AFP gene expression was significantly lowerthan before surgery, preoperative0.49±0.05times (t=112.308, p=0.000),0.33±0.10times (t=49.553, p=0.000), the peripheral blood SUMO-1mRNA expressionin the amount of tumor size, number of serum alpha-fetoprotein, liver cancerhistological classification, no significant difference in other tumors in the peripheralblood of patients with SUMO-1gene expression and PHC in peripheral blood of SUMO-1expression level was no significant difference (t=1.775, p=0.082).Conclusion: SUMO-1mRNA expression level of detection of PHC inperipheral blood can be used as diagnosis of PHC markers, the expression level ofthe PHC clinical stage, is a an effective evaluation of the hepatic arterychemoembolization efficacy, but there is a lack of specificitythe problem. |
