Put the artificial lens into capsular. measure the Angle of anterior chamberassociated parameters With as-OCT: the anterior chamber depth (ACD), Horizontal andvertical level of270(ACAngle), anterior chamber Angle and Horizontal and verticallevel of270500um anterior chamber Angle opening distance (AOD)500,750umanterior chamber Angle opening distance (AOD)750, Horizontal and vertical level of270500um of trabecular iris space area (TISA)500,750um trabecular iris space area (TISA)750; measure intraocular pressure with Goldmann tonometer. repeat those checking Inpostoperative1week,1month,3months,6months.Results: The preoperative and postoperative intraocular pressure measurement bycomparison, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); so as the Anteriorchamber Angle parameters.and anterior chamber Angle opening distance, the trabecular irisspace area were negative correlation with intraocular pressure changes.Conclusion: ACD, ACAngle, AOD, TISA increase significantly, intraocularpressure reduce.
