The Clinical Curative Effect Of Two Kinds Of Method To Treat The Adult Radial Head Fractures

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of conservative treatment and openreduction and internal fixation in the treatment of adult radial head fractures masonType,including Type â… ,Type â…¡ and Type â…¢, with a view to guide clinical better, improvelimb function, and improve the quality of life in patients.Methods: Collect a total of28cases of radial head fractures, Type â… 13cases, Typeâ…¡8cases, and Type â…¢7cases, including16males,12females.28patients of the radialhead fractures from Orthopedics of Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine(2011.03to2012.12), who have completed clinical follow-updata, were retrospectively analyzed. To discuss the clinical effect communicated with thedifferent treatment of this fracture,we analyze the functional evaluation of the woundedelbow joint based on Brobery and Morrey score system.Results: All28patients were made a follow-up visit after the surgery.With theBrobery and Morrey score system, the conservative treatment group is with the good rateof76.9%; the internal fixation group is with the good rate of86.7%.Conclusions: The adult radial head fracture treatment should be based on the mason Type, andcombined with its damagement. The Type â…  fractures used the conservative treatment can achieve thesatisfactory results, Type â…¡ and Type â…¢ fractures used the ORIF surgery can achieve the satisfactoryresults.
