The Clinical Research Of Yishen-jiangtang Decoction In The Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective: Observe the soup of renal glucose-lowering treatment clinicalcurative effect of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods: In foundation treatment, on the basis of clinical diagnosis ofearly diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into two groups,each group30cases and control group to give best to capsule treatment;Treatment group was given kidney hypoglycemic soup treatment, both groups in4weeks for a period of treatment, a total of2course of treatment.Results: Through clinical observation, treatment group in improvingclinical symptoms and signs of the disease is better than that in control group(P <0.05); In reducing fasting and postprandial2hours blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin is superior to that in control group (P <0.05); Inimproving the urine trace albumin is superior to that in control group (P <0.05); And in the process of treatment had no adverse reaction occurred.Conclusions: Clinical observation showed that kidney hypoglycemicdecoction for the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy were reliablecurative effect, no significant adverse reactions, and shows a broad prospectof application.
