Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qi-supplementing Yin-nourishing Blood-activating Preparation in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Method:60patients were selected according to the diagnostic criteria and randomlydivided into two groups,30as the experimental group and the other30as the control group.Both groups were treated by western medical regular therapy, while the Qi-supplementingYin-nourishing Blood-activating Preparation was applied to the experimental group inaddition. The treatment cycles for the two groups were both4weeks. Around the systemobserved and compares two group of patients to treat between the Chinese medicine cardperiod of integral, the doctor practicing western medicine Lee heart fades the integral, theheart function graduation, the heart color ultra (including shoots menstruation number,wrestles displacement, each minute output, left ventricle diastole last stage inside diameter,E/A every time), NT-proBNP and other indicators of change.Results: Qi-supplementing Yin-nourishing Blood-activating Preparation can signifi-cantly improve the patients’ clinical symptoms, Lee heart fades the integral, the heartfunction graduation and echocardiogram.Conclusion: Adds Qi-supplementing Yin-nourishing Blood-activating Preparation toreduce the Chinese medicine card period of total integral, the heart fades the integral aswell as the heart function graduation aspect and the control group comparison differencehas statistics significance, has reduces the patient clinical symptom, enhances patient’smovement tolerance, improves the patient quality of life the function.
