Objective: the aim is to Shandong traditional Chinese medicine hospital and Qiluhospital medical outpatient and ward of a patient with Parkinson’s disease, the randomizedmethod, observation and using oral gubenxifengtang and madopar after treatment, so thatyou can find a better reduce Parkinson’s disease especially autonomic nervous symptomswith medicine, so as to reduce madopar side effects and dosage for the treatment of thedisease, supply a better improve the quality of life in the old method of combiningtraditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods: Clinical on42cases of patients with Parkinson’s disease using randomizedcontrolled methods are divided into2groups, treatment group (group A) and22casesrespectively, the control group (group B)20cases. Group A oral Chinese medicine(gubenxifengtang)+oral western medicine (dopa), group B oral western medicine (dopa).1course of treatment and3months after treatment, by TCM syndrome score, symptoms ofautonomic nervous function integral, integral each system, modified Hoehn and Yahrclinical grading, security index scores are compared, and effect of comprehensiveassessment I extinguish wind soup AS exact therapeutic effect of PD.Results: After the clinical observation, the curative effect assessment of TCM,curative effect is better than that of group B, the total efficiency of group A is86.36%,the total effective rate of group B is25.00%, with significant difference (P <0.05); After1course of treatment, treatment group A in the digestive system, urinary system, temperatureregulating function has significant difference (P <0.05) until after3months (P <0.05), andits curative effect is better than the control group. After1course of treatment, treatmenteach system in patients with symptoms such as abdominal distension, constipation, defecation difficulties, urinary frequency, nocturia, sweating, fear heat, etc. Improved (P <0.05), until3months.Conclusion: Gubenxifengtang can better improve autonomic nerve dysfunction inpatients with Parkinson’s disease, and extend along with the course of work, especially inthe digestive system (such as abdominal distension, constipation, defecate difficulty),urinary system, such as frequency, nocturia), body temperature adjustment function, suchas sweat in the day, night sweats, fear heat) have symptoms improved significantly.Instructions I extinguish wind soup in order to improve the effective prescription toautonomic nerve dysfunction in patients with Parkinson’s disease.
