Effects Of Qingre Jiuyin Decoction On The Cytokines And Renal Function In Patients With Sepsis

Objective：To explore the effect of Qingre Jiuyin Decoction on renal functionof the patients with septic shock by determining the inflammatorymediators,blood creatinine and urea nitrogen.Methods：Thirty adult patients with AKI were choosed from Shandong ProvinceQianfoshan hospital ICU by the various causes lead to sepsis state,randomlydivided into control group(given to western medicine comprehensive treatment)and treatment group(Based on the comprehensive treatment of ConventionalWestern medicine given to Qingre Jiuyin Decoction100ml，2times a day，3days).Record the change of the traditional Chinese medicine symptomsscores,APACHEII scores, TNF-a,IL-6,IL-10and BUN,SCr before and after thetreatment.Results：Number of blood purification in the treatment group is less than inthe control group, the differences are statistically significant (p <0.05).Deaths of the treatment group have little difference with control group; After3、7、14days treatment，traditional Chinese medicine symptoms scores reduced,Comparing with control group differences are statistically significant (p <0.01). After3days treatment, APACHEII scores have little difference withcontrol group; After7days treatment, APACHEII scores reduced statistically,Comparing with control group differences are statistically significant (p <0.05); After14days treatment, Comparing with control group differences arestatistically significant (p <0.01). After3days treatment, TNF-a reduced, Comparing with control group differences are statistically significant (p <0.05); After7、14days treatment, Comparing with control group differencesare statistically significant (p <0.01). After3、7、14days treatment, IL-6reduced, Comparing with control group differences are statisticallysignificant (p <0.01); After3days treatment,IL-10have little differencewith control group; After7、14days treatment, IL-10reduced statistically,Comparing with control group differences are statistically significant (p <0.01); After3days treatment,SCr and BUN have little difference with controlgroup; After7、14days treatment, SCr and BUN reduced statistically, Comparingwith control group differences are statistically significant (p <0.05);Conclusion：Qingre Jiuyin Decoction can reduce the inflammatory mediators,protect the renal function in patients with Sepsis and has significantclinical efficiency.
